The Pizza Box of Fowlerville II

Absolute garbage "customer service". I ordered a pizza for delivery at a little after 9pm last night. I paid for it and included a generous tip. I was supposed to get it at a little after 10pm. It never showed up. I called twice and got their voicemail both times. I left messages both times. The next day I waited for them to contact me. They never did. I ended up calling them at almost 4pm. They said they would reverse the charge. They also said they decided to close an hour early the night before and that's why my order was never handled (although they did take my money). They just close early and let paid orders pile up that won't get handled and then do nothing to contact the paying customers or refund the money until the customer calls them!!! I will NEVER order from these incompetent careless idiots again. If the charge isn't reversed I'm reporting them to The Better Business Bureau.

Have not eaten here in years. Heard they had gotten new owners, so decided to give it a shot. What an amazing surprise. There deep dish was excellent.

The past few times the cheese was stuck to the top of the box, this time the pizzas were undercooked and cold. Also, it seemed like the dough hadn't had time to rise and was thick and flat, as well as the pizza being over all bland.The salad was pretty sub par, too. The only reason I ordered it was because the website showed a coupon for salad and two medium pizzas, evidentially they don't honor those despite them being on the site you go to to order. You can't post something online as an everyday deal, change it on the menu that you have to go to the restaurant to get, then not honor it.

Ordered a large BBQ Chicken pizza, without bacon for delivery. When the pizza arrived it had barely anything on it and crunchy, there was onion and chicken on about 3 slices, the pizza was loaded with BBQ though. The crust was the only part that was soft.Wasted of 25.15 for a subpar pizza.

After we waited over 2hrs for are pizza which we were told a 45 min wait finally got the pizzas and omg they were absolutely terrible!!!! Ordered salad pizza him guess that’s just a cheese/ham pizza now!!! All 3 of are pizza we ordered were stone cold!! Very disappointed we normally are very pleased with the pizza just seems like they have gone down hill pretty fast since the new owners!!!

Tried for the second time. I'm done! The salad pizza I got was disquesting! The crust tasted gross. Was hard. The bread I got was hard as a rock. Never again. There isn't one single place in Fowlerville that has good pizza. From now on I will drive to howell or okemos and get Dominos

Pizza was pretty tasty , took a while longer but worth it ! Call ahead I had the Hawaiian with extra cheese it was very good would buy again !

Love this place - the new owners are not only super friendly, but they are doing an awesome job. So much better than before. Was in there on Thursday with a friend and everything was fabulous! Will definitely be going back. Prices are really good too. :-)

The pizza was under-cooked. The total was $23 but the driver only had three singles in change for my $40. Pizza wasn’t worth $37 I got forced into payingProblem revolved. From 1-3.5 but I’m rounding down

OMG, this pizza was so awesome. We got a large 3 topping Deep Dish and I swear it was 3 inches thick. Two slices were enough to fill up the hungriest! Perfect balance of sauce, toppings, cheese and crust. And the prices are very reasonable. Will definitely be going back to eat. Daniel the owner is a very pleasant young man and I wish him the best.

This was my family and I’s second time eating at the Pizza Box, and I must say…I am very disappointed. The first time we got the Chicken Alfredo Pizza, and a Pepperoni pizza and it was really good! This time, we got the same thing and it tastes absolutely fake. Not worth the $32+ It costed. I hope they reach out and try to make things right.

I LOVE the pizza and breadsticks from the Pizza Box! And they haven’t raised their prices (that I know of.) Still the same deal I’ve gotten since we moved to Fowlerville 8 months ago. Only $20 for 2 large pepperoni pizzas and a large breadstick with delicious ranch. I recommend to everyone!

Another amazing grinder made. The owner is friendly and amazing . 5⭐️⭐️⭐️

We just had a deep dish pepperoni and a hand tossed BLT. They were both so good! Delivered fast and really hot when it got here. ❤️
