Zero stars. Why does the entire interior of the building smell like a dirty high school gym? It smells like this every single day and has for the last five years. Absolutely filthy and sickening inside, everything is coated in black scum. When is the last time they cleaned this place? 1990? Sure looks like it.

Went through the drive thru, pulled up at 10:28 was asked to wait a minute… by the time they came back is was 10:31 and they denied serving breakfast even though I was there.

Store was dirty, trash across tables and floor, and overall unhappy with the store. Normally this Wendy's has been clean and a smooth experience, but this time was genuinely not great. Staff wouldn't even accommodate asking for a glass of water. No sauces or even salt/pepper out in the lobby. Food was mostly cold or room temperature. The person working lobby register was genuinely unpleasant, even with our order being pretty straightforward and with ONE modification. I can no longer recommend this store to anyone looking even a perfectly adequate Wendy's experience.

I've been to your 3 times in last month and your people cannot get my order straight this last time I went in to straighten it out and stood for 10 minutes waiting this unacceptable you need to get better people if they can't even make a plain hamburger terrible store

This was the most disgusting Wendy’s. We arrived at 11:20am for lunch in the dining room, it was trashed and filthy, and I’m sure it was from the previous day. Dining area not cleaned at all and all tables were not wiped down. Fries all over the carpet. We were the only ones in the dining area. Daughter ordered “saucy” nuggets. There is nothing saucy about them. Very dry, cold and not saucy. The bathrooms were just as gross, grape jam on the floors and mirror splattered. I felt like I needed a shower after we left.
We love going to Wendy's in Fowlerville because the burgers are always so hot + fresh + juicy! The fries are hot + tasty too. The staff is always so polite + accommodating to us, especially Griffon! He makes sure to fill your order fresh × hot. He's so friendly × professional. It's the best Wendy's around hands down. We love going there in Fowlerville. They are the best.

So I'm a repeating respectful customer staff has an attitude especially the manager that works the mornings he's unprofessional and I understand if he's a Lil slow mentally that's probably why he'll never be more than a Wendy's manager! He shouldn't try to insult and be rude to the customer that was in the right tho!! Bro what!!! Lol Smh learn simple math bud and lose the attitude it's not the publics fault you work fast food!!
