First time eating here and my husband and I will definitely return when we are in Frankenmuth. Absolutely delicious!!! Mary was our server and she was great. Thank you so much for having a quiet place even with it full; no loud kitchen noise, respectable employee talk, just a very pleasant night out for dinner. Not often can you have that these days!

I got the rueben it was so good and hubby got the Italian sub it was OK he said fries were crispy like I like the waitress tucked wish she had gave my husband more refills tho oh and got the fried pickles they were amazing with the ranch

Very disappointed went there to celebrate my birthday with family and from the time I placed my drink order to my departure my dining experience took a huge downward spiral. I initially ordered a Bud Light then immediately changed it to an Angry Orchard the server still brought the Bud Light. Then it took forever to order my salad had the wrong dressing and I ordered the Rigatoni with Italian Sausage the product was cold and blad absolutely ZERO flavor. When our server came back to check on the food as usual I had food in my mouth and could not respond with how displeased I was. Upon settlement of the bill it was brought to the servers attention and then I was asked if I wanted something else, at that point my dining experience and evening was shot. Also one of my family members noticed someone who appeared to be the manager however that person never once if it was the manager came to talk to us. The product i ordered was so bad I wouldn't have fed it to my dog and I didn't even want to take it home. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE NEVER GOING BACK!!!!!

Good food, great atmosphere. Love the food, however, the having to pay an extra 3.5% for using a debit card is ridiculous. Making customers pay your business fees is highly illegal and anyone willing to agree with that is not aware of the law.

*** in regards to the response from management, yes, waiting five minutes for our drinks and menus was a bit aggravating, but the experience could still have been a lot better so don’t try to put all the blame on the Rude waitress that you employ for the rest. As for the rest of the problems no we did not ask to speak to the manager because our waitress was only at the table to drop our drinks off, drop our food off, and drop the bill off and drop it on the table as she walked by besides with a waitress that is so rude and not attentive to the customer what would make you think that she would get a manager in a reasonable amount of time? Not to mention how was getting a manager going to change the fact that your $13 one item pizza and your chicken Chardonnay that taste like microwave food or school food is gonna change? I understand you may have been in business for 47 years but you would think in 47 years your system would be a lot smoother then what it is and your food would be 100 times better and would reflect the outrageous prices at your charging. no worries I will not be a customer of yours ever again.
I recently dined at da Vinci’s restaurant. What a joke. First, they should not call a restaurant. They should call it a café or da Vinci’s basement dining because the Atmosphere in the place reminded me of a café, or someone’s basement. The waitress we had was absolutely utterly horrible. We sat there for almost 5 minutes without anybody giving us menus. Utensils are asking us what we wanted to drink. Then when she did arrive, she had an attitude she drink wrong mind you, it was two drinks, a water and a Coke wrong. Very snarky and rude. The food reminded me of junior high high school cafeteria food. I paid $13 for what tasted like a microwave pizza $13 for a microwave tasting pizza with one topping that had we say six slices cause that’s how it was cut but to be fair it was probably like a personal size pizza like a four slice either way $13 absolutely ridiculous ( you can get a large three topping pizza for the same price or less, depending on where you go )and then we had the chicken Chardonnay. It wasn’t horrible, but it reminded me of a microwave meal or something you would get out of high school. I don’t understand how they charge so much for so little, the food not the greatest restaurant quality atmosphere like I said reminds me of a café or someone’s basement it’s wide open. It’s loud tables were uneven so you had to keep your foot on the legs the tables so they wouldn’t rock while you were eating the absolutely atrocious horrible , absolutely not. Whoever runs and manages that place needs to take a better assessment of the staff the food the quality and definitely the pricing. I paid $33 and some change for horrible service and very very subpar food. I paid 35 at Luckys steakhouse actual restaurant servers were nice, polite, prompt attentive atmosphere was a lot better , Da Vinci is not worth the time or money

We decided to try this place because we never have. When we pulled in there were only a few people inside. We got seated and 3 more tables were after us as we sat there all three tables were served drinks and food. Waitresses walking by our table not one said a word to us. Mind u it's hard enough with 2 little in a restaurant but to have 3 tables after us being served and not one person say a word to us! Absolutely uncalled for. I can understand if you were busy but you were not when we walked in. I did call & the guy who answered was kind and totally agreed. ( i believe he was the host & seated us & then seen us leave)

Pretty diverse menu, not just Italian food. Waitress was great ! Jae a bar, so I got a Bloody. Loved my chicken parm. My brother didn’t care for the Reuben, but everyone else liked what they got. Good portions too.
It's OK for a quick bite to eat. Service is fast, but in all honesty, being an Italian, it really was not the greatest food. Portions were large, and you did not leave hungry. There is much better food in downtown, but today, everywhere was busy. But omg the bathroom is freezing cold.
Parking: Wear warm clothes even the dining room is chilly.
