I have frequented your restaurant several times before and enjoyed the food. Yesterday, I ordered the "battered fish and chips" It was horrible. It was basically thin, frozen, pre battered fish that I could buy at a grocery store, only worse. I received 3 pieces, but could only get through one. I took the rest home, and threw it out. I didn't want to make a fuss. I was enjoying lunch with dear old friends and did not want to put a damper on the afternoon. My suggestion is to either take it off the menu or change the wording on the menu item. I expected freshly "battered" fish.

We got to the restaurant at approximately 6:00pm. We were seated and had drinks within a few minutes. My mom and I then placed our food order, which was just a small order of nachos and a taco salad. No appetizers and probably two of the simplest items on the menu. A group of three people came in after us and received their food 10-15 minutes BEFORE we got ours. By the way, we got our food at 6:55pm on the dot. I know this because we were seconds away from getting up and walking out because we had plans to see a movie at the movie theater at 7:05pm. Since our food finally came out, we asked the waitress to give us take out boxes and our bill so we could make it to the movie in time and still grab a little bite to eat on the way. While waiting for our boxes and the bill, my mom and I started eating. I received the WORST nachos I have ever had in my life. The meat was cold and old looking, like it had been sitting for awhile. I tried to pick up a chip and every chip on my plate came with it because they were all stuck together. I tried separating the chips and it took so much force that when it did finally come apart, my chip flew out of my hand and onto the floor. My nachos were cold and appeared as if they had been sitting out for God knows how long. My moms taco salad wasn’t much better, but atleast her meat was warmish vs cold like mine. Then to make the situation worse, it took the waitress a good 5-10 mins just to give us our bill. When we finally did get the bill, it was a whopping $31 and some cents for a small nacho and taco salad with two pops. To top it all off, the waitress didn’t seem to care. There was no “sorry for the wait” or even “have a good night.” So overall, the customer service was flat out BAD, the food was TERRIBLE, and we were still hungry and ended up being late to the movie. I will not be returning here anytime soon, if ever again.

Impossibly long wait times for barely edible food served by completely overworked and burnt out staff. A regular customer walked himself behind the bar to help himself to a beer while the only server/bartender ran circles to care for the entire restaurant and bar. Two tables straight up walked out, one had never been greeted and the other waited nearly an hour and a half after ordering before finally giving up and walking on whatever tab they had accrued. A random human dressed as the Grinch wandered through the restaurant to bother already irritated tables. This felt like a fever dream.
Cann my e in and nobody greeted us , when they cane 5 minutes later ( she just said follow me” Took 19 minutes for waitress, chili was cold and the very good!. Gave us no silverware. Tables left un bussed table, my wife ordered clam chowder which never came ( probably a good thing) 3 people got food while other 2 and waited for food, cold fries . Apparently they don’t want to grow business, just happy with the 5 locals belly up to bar drinking light beer. We have been here before but guess they let it go. Don’t waste your time, money going here . They don’t want, appreciate or deserve business!!!!!!!!

Probably won't come back to this place. Zero acknowledgement when you walk in. Sat down and it took about 10-15 mins before they brought a menu. Looked at it and 20-25 mins later they took my order and that was after they took the order of a table that came in after me. Didn't get me a refill for my drink until my food came. Food is so/so for frozen deep fried food. Took 45 mins to get the so/so food that wasn't very hot and they weren't even very busy.

My family and I stopped here after visiting Frankenmuth. I have been coming to Frankenmuth for a while but never been to this restaurant. I WILL NEVER come back to this place. The family and I arrived 10 minutes before 7pm and were seated right away. Customer Service "HORRIBLE." 5 minutes to get drinks and then was told check one of drinks to make sure it was right by the waitress. One of the drinks were not. We then waited almost an hour and 30 minutes on food. Didn't get everything we ordered and some of the meals were wrong. We asked for cheese pizza on one order. That pizza came out with pepperoni. After asking to correct the meal, we were told that they did not have cheese pizza and that the kitchen was closing down. We were also being told by the waitress that she had other tables to serve multiple times which confused us because we just wanted our meal that my family and I did not question her on why it was taking so long. It was very loud at times and the food was a little dry. I do not recommend ever coming here. I hope the business and service be better.

Waited 20 minutes for someone to come back and take our order. Ordered a beer, G&T, two entrees, appetizer, and kids meal. 30 minutes later we received the kids drink and beer. 45 minutes after ordering they came back and asked what the drink was again. After an hour we asked for the food to go and the bill. After waiting an hour and 15 minutes from ordering we left without anything but the beer and kids drink. Kept insisting it was coming right out the entire time.
