Great food; lots of it! My husband and I had the all you can eat chicken dinner. Yes, you might think it's a bit pricey but you get a lot of good food and as much as you want. We think it's worth every penny. Great surroundings. The restaurant is very clean and inviting. EXCELLENT server! Chris was the best. Ask for him when you go. You won't be disappointed. We've been going to the Bavarian Inn for dinner for more years than I can remember. We've had some of the best dinners there. We don't live in the area but we make a point to visit a few times a year. Our latest 'dinner date' was one of the best. Everything was really perfect. We didn't have one complaint. Go and enjoy yourself!!

Dont order the wine it's a rip off and they know it.
The reason for only 3 stars is I ordered a 9 oz wine for $13. They served it in a 9 oz cup which is only half full (9 oz should be to the top brim) So basically it was about 6 oz. When we spoke to the person in charge, they said it was standard procedure to poor to an inch below the rim. When we insisted it was not a 9 0z pour she comped us a second glass but still insisted it was a 9 oz pour.
Everything else was good. The band played a variety of music.

Atmosphere was great but the price for a super mediocre brat and stale bun was ludicrous. Was expecting much better but felt pretty ripped off.

The pretzel we ordered was cold. They didn't include the condiment. First trip back up.
Potatoes cheese puffs, they didn't include the ranch. 2nd trip back up.
The German Picnic didn't include the pickles that was listed. My third trip up. Crew didn't even know it was supposed to come with them. I had to show them the menu where it was written. Then they offered to go somewhere and get them. They didn't even have them at that location! I wasn't that concerned about it, but WTF. I didn't write the menu.
I was sort of over the whole place at this point. I was supposed to be spending time with my family, and I am standing in line fixing problems that were not mine.
Got 2 stars for the Polka band. Loved them.

Enjoyed thr live music and a place to sit and relax after a long day walking around the shops in Frankenmuth. They do have food as well I didn't eat anything but my husband like the brat

My husband has celiac disease and its hard to find restaurants that cater to this disease. He brought me to the Bavarian Inn to celebrate my birthday and receive my birthday dinner. Food was amazing even had gf bread. The waitress Jill B. (7817)was friendly, fast and efficient. We have come before for your Gluten free food. Thanks for the options so we can both enjoy birthday meals.

The restaurant was crowded but the staff handled it well. Our waiter was just delightful. You may want to put out additional information regarding the online reservation option. There was a huge line of people waiting. We just walked to the front with our reservation. Piece of cake :)
