Delicious Fudge and friendly staff! Our whole family enjoyed watching the fudge making process in this sweet shop! Justin was so generous with his knowledge and question answering as he crafted a batch before our eyes. Thanks for making fudge and memories for our family.
My family of 5 had the fudge. We bought 3 slices of.We all felt it did not have fudge flavor and sugary as ever. We wanted chocolate peanut butter and she gave is chocolate caramel. We did have fun wearing a hat!

Gosh - I really can't believe this place has such good reviews.
Their service is terrible, in such a way that they clearly don't care about their customers and all customer service interactions are purely for the betterment of their marketing efforts.
I placed a fudge order gift for my Mom's Birthday on 12/11. On 12/21, I got an email from Frankenmuth that the order had been delivered. On 12/30, I received another email from Frankenmuth asking how the product was enjoyed.
On 1/10, the product was actually delivered.
So, the first email was just a complete lie about the delivery, and the second email doubled down on that lie to try to convince me that the gift for my Mom was delivered by pretending to care about the quality of a gift they took money for and merely pretended to provide.
Who goes that far to lie to a total stranger about a fairly cheap gift of fudge for their Mother? I can think of only one answer: Sociopaths.
UPDATE: I wanted to provide an update on my review, having shared the issue with their customer service last night and received a reply today.
Their customer service agent denied any responsibility and blamed the issue entirely on UPS. Franknemuth had no interest in taking responsibility for taking over a month to deliver a simple order.
Any sales operation with integrity understands that the foundation of sales is the establishment of relationships. You build trust. You ensure your community understands the quality of your products, and enjoy the fruits of the labors moving forward.
Frankenmuth is an organization that takes advantage of online restrictions to steal peoples' money, provide terrible product and service, and enjoy the Harold Hill anonymity to avoid any responsibility.
Just to finish - one of the things I find most sad about this is the increasing occurrence of such interactions in American society. It certainly seems like Frankenmuth, along with many other corporate entities, are taking advantage of unfortunate social changes in recent years to, essentially, steal from their customers.
If you are a potential consumer reading this review, I hope you will seek out your local fudge producers as they are, not perfect, but likely the best hope to circumvent corporate dishonesty of the sort you can expect from Frankenmuth.

The display & explanation they do is great. The fudge itself is good. However, ask about ingredients and don't assume.
Kid-friendliness: Cute for kids. Can get overly crowded

We are very unhappy with our order placed in the morning. They didn't give us all of our order and what they did give us was so sweet it made our teeth hurt. Too expensive for a moment on the lips and a lifetime on the hips.

Just learned that they now have dairy free fudge (and that almost all of it is gluten free). Stopped in to get a bunch for my wife; tasted so good, good service, smelled amazing. Will be back.
Vegetarian options: 4 dairy free fudge options
Dietary restrictions: Almost all fudge is gluten free (except cookies & creme)
Kid-friendliness: It's a candy store, they know what their market is :)

This is a cute little shop. It was really cool to watch them make the fudge- they even have samples. The counter staff seemed annoyed when we were there (the middle of the day). Overall, not a bad experience.

They make it right in front of you and it’s very tasty. My son was stung by a wasp while we were drinking cider and they gave us medicine for his sting, that and some fresh fudge fixed him right up. 10/10 would recommend!

Just the smell of this place is enough of a reason to stop in. It was neat seeing how they make the fudge. Lots of different flavours to choose from. Staff were incredibly pleasant. It’s nice they have some dairy free as well as some low sugar options as well. The fudge is delicious.
Dietary restrictions: Dairy free and low sugar options available.
