Good crepes, varietal menu. More seating indoors would be nice (winter).

They cook them so long ur 1st bite is so crunchy along with the whole top. The rest once cooled was so rubbery .

It was ok. Far from the best crepes and drinks I’ve ever had. Especially for $50 (family of 4). The atmosphere is fine. Nice theme. But the outdoor style tables are kind of springy so every time a kid touches it… watch your hot coffee…

So I had the grand marnier one. It was just past open, and it was good. Then I went around the shops and came back for more. Holy cow. Only 3 people were ahead of me, but they were behind. So I waited a good 20-30 mins. There were 2 other girls that must have started after 11. So, the 1st one that made my crepe was not on the grill. I felt the girl with red hair was very skimpy on some of the crepes. I was hoping she didn't make mine... she did. The 2nd time, I got strawberry cheesecake. Well, sometimes she didn't put the strawberries evenly all over. She didn't put much cream chees le and just a little graham crackers. I didn't even taste the graham crackers at all. My strawberries were all towards the center. It tasted good when I got to the middle but was dry 2-3 inches from the top how they give it to you. So you pretty much have to let it cool down and flip it to start at the bottom. Maybe some of the measurements could be better. I felt like I got jipped my second time. Frozen coco wasn't bad. I'll try again if I'm in the area. I'm over 7 hours away. Overall, give it a try.

We keep coming back for the vegan offerings! The vegan crepes are good. Eating the crepe like a burrito can get messy depending on the toppings.
I like the outdoor patio theme they have inside the restaurant. But it's kinda bare and lacking. It's loud in the big room with no noise breaks.

Cute little place in the river shops in Frankenmuth. The food was good, but the place is small and gets packed with people and when they get really busy, you could wait upwards of 45 minutes for your food.

La Crepe Du Joe is a charming spot in Frankenmuth, MI, offering an impressive selection of delicious crepes that cater to a wide range of tastes. From sweet indulgences to savory delights, the menu provides ample variety, ensuring there's something for everyone. The crepes are expertly prepared, with fresh ingredients and a perfect balance of flavors, making this a must-visit for crepe enthusiasts.
The size of the establishment is modest, creating an intimate atmosphere that feels more akin to an open food truck experience than a traditional sit-down restaurant. While this setup might make it challenging for diners seeking a spacious, sit-down environment, it adds to the charm and uniqueness of the venue. The quick-service style is ideal for those on the go or looking for a casual bite in a vibrant setting.

The crepes were excellent. Service was fine. They go for a outdoor vibe in their indoor space, which is cool.

This place is a joke. No where to stand, sit, or eat. Was $50 for all of us and we waited 30 min. The crepe was good but there is no place to eat it. Parking is a long walk. Comes in a dripping paper sleeve and is soggy and nasty. Won’t be back.

We were informed about the estimated 45 minute wait when we ordered. Thinking there must be a more effective way to alert you when your order is being prepared. Currently nothing in place. Food ok for the $9 price per order. Felt some compassion for the workers. A few were working like crazy...others seem like they had time to spare.

I’ve never really had a crepe. This was all new to me. My wife on the other hand has had something similar 10 hours south of Frankenmuth. When I think of crepes I think of a sweet breakfast option. I didn’t know savory crepes were a thing. Please excuse my ignorance. I was a bit befuddled at the options until my wife chose a savory crepe. That made my decision easier. This was something to tide us over until dinner. My wife had the Mediterranean and I went with the ham and cheese. I tried my wife’s crepe and it was delicious! The decor was wonderful and the staff were great.
