Tried calling to place an order, had to call 7 separate times before someone finally answered and when I asked why it took them that long to answer they hung up the phone. Tried calling back and they refused service and hung back up

I was being Generous with 3.. The food here has gone downhill so bad. Lunch Combo boxes are always smashed into my old luke warm pizza. THEN you already have to fight for parking spot and their employees are all parked in front of building. Manager was outside cursing on the phone..This Is Frankenmuth Right? Birch Run LC has the best LC Pizza probably in Michigan...send ur employees there to train.

I had to wait for more hot n readys but as they come out they are giving people hot n readys when they ordered after me.
I dont have all the time in the world to leave work and grab some food for everyone.

these people don't know how to make deep dish pizza if you want a hot and ready to get it fresh from this location or just go to Frankenmuth they know how to do their food right, Vassar is just trash. they offered me a free pizza to look the other way, I denied them, don't even bother with this location go to Frankenmuth if you want an actual hot and ready pizza that's done correctly.

Honest Review
The workers were complaining about their personal lives very loudly while customers were inside for orders. When we got our hot and ready there was little to none marinara sauce, very disappointing. Not the best experience.
Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else!!! Worst Little Caesars experience in my entire life! Hateful manager - called for order said we had to order online - we complied - and they still got it wrong. Didn't offer to make it right. Manager should be replaced.

We had not had a Little Caesars Pizza in a very long time. Like, years. We ordered late on a Sunday night when every other pizza option was unavailable. Thankfully, I ordered the Caesar chicken wings because they were good (pricey, but good). Unfortunately, the pizza was terrible. It was a simple ham pizza, but the ham was flavored with smoke that tasted like it was made in a petri dish. It had an overwhelmingly fake taste. We ended up discarding the ham.

I went in to grab 2 hot n readys and a breadstick and they were working short handed but the 3 people working didn't miss a beat throwing orders together and remaining kind to us that sat and waited patiently. I got home and the pizza was cooked perfectly making it much worth the wait.
