Celebrated my daughter’s second birthday and I can’t say enough good things about our experience. We had sooo much fun. The water park was a blast! We did not want to leave. The premium drinks were so good. The indoor/outdoor hot tub was amazing. So relaxing. The hotel was so clean. I have never stayed in a hotel as clean as this one ever! The customer service was phenomenal. Everyone was so nice, helpful, and accommodating. They came to my room got my daughter’s birthday cake, stored it in their cooler over night for me and delivered it the next day when I called. Not only did they store it for me but they picked it up and dropped it off. They truly make you feel like family. I’ve never felt as comfortable staying at a hotel/resort as I did here. Thank you so much! We can’t wait to visit again.

Wait time at desk always takes forever! I recommend getting a service that texts you when your room is ready like other hotels it’s so much more convienent for guests than continuing to check back! I pray this is a twmppeary thing but….The next day you cannot get into the waterpark until NOON! But have to be checked out at 11. Every other hotel or waterpark I’ve ever been to you can get in at 9. The only reason I can find for this is a money grab. They want you to stay and do other things, or leave, or pay extra for late check out. Either way you should be accommodating and allowing your guests full access to things they pay for. It’s unfortunate but I’ll go elsewhere next time if it doesn’t change when you can access the waterpark next time otherwise you really only get 5 hours of included waterpark time with your stay. We did enjoy our time there of course it’s a nice waterpark but we’ve been to a lot of waterparks if you’re looking to be different and cool be that for your attractions. Unfortunetly I’ll just always remember now that I couldn’t get in first thing the next morning like other water parks and I am still super hung up on that lol

In case anyone was wondering bout the brand new Bavarian Blast Water Park in Frankenmuth... My son had the honor of being part of the pre-opening "crew" and spent 2 days testing it out and highly recommends 😎 It's pretty awesome for adults too!!! Swim-up bar and swim-outdoor hot tub...lazy river. And if you like water slides you will not be disappointed!!! It's $$$$ but you will have a BLAST!!! General Idea of Pricing... $75 one day pass $150+ w/Cabana Rental $20 Cheese Pizza $10 Kid Meals $16 8oz Cocktails Kid Safety bonuses....a ton of lifeguards...only one entrance and exit and everything is wide open. ***A reminder to parents of young girls...we never know who is watching and video taping them. I know these bathing suits look cute and adorable but we need to adjust to the times and protect them better so I ask you all to consider swim shorts and shirts instead of bikinis and revealing one-pieces. And REMEMBER this is a FAMILY TOWN and Water Park not a "Water Bar" or "Party Destination" so please drink and dress extra responsibly and refrain from driving intoxicated and being distracted by your phones as there are lots of pedestrians walking through the town throughout the days and nights.

We had a very bad experience here. The receptionist when I was trying to check in was so rude. When he told me the total payment for the room I said I thought it’s been fully paid. He said No it’s not so I said I’ll just check my credit card to make sure it wasn’t charged. He then rudely threw the paper where he wrote our room number and turned his back at me mumbling. Upon checking that I wasn’t charged yet for our room, we just canceled our reservation then looked for a different hotel. I didn’t care about paying for the cancellation fee because his rudeness got into us. People shouldn’t act that rudely at all.

Best place in the whole world hands down, you fell like your home every time here!

We had the appetizer combo, and it was very good. The Reuben egg rolls were very good, as were the pretzel sticks. We ordered the summer squash risotto, and it was fair at best. The tomato sauce tasted like tomato soup out of a can. It had a very metallic taste. It was just barely warm and came with chicken on top that we didn't order. I do have to say the waiter (Jack) was extremely pleasant, and that's what saved the evening. The atmosphere is dark and has a dingy feel. Needs brightened up a bit. Probably wouldn't eat here again.

They don’t answer their phones when I tried to cancel my reservation. They won’t let me now cancel due to their 72 hour cancellation policy. When an emergency occurs and I need to cancel, they basically say, too bad. Now I’m stuck with a $250 charge. Also, they said they’d sell my room if I don’t show up, so they’re getting $$$ twice. I say, don’t risk making a reservation with this place. A terrible policy.

Lorelie Restaurant in the Barvarian Inn. We are here now. Our first night we went to this Restaurant. They had a deal on the beverage menu
It said buy a 20 ounce beer and get the glass free. This was bait and switch. It cost us 20 dollars a piece to get a free glass. I questioned the manager, she said yes that's the price. but if you bring the glasses back down it will cost only 11 dollars to refill it. If the glasses are free, why didn't we pay 11 dollars in the first place.

Staff felt they had the right to impose judgment and shame bar patrons. Terrible experience but food tasted good.

On two separate occasions we attempted to go to Lorelei Lounge, as we were guests staying at the Bavarian Inn Lodge. The first time, on a Wednesday, we waited for over 10 minutes for someone to even acknowledge our presence, to no avail, so we left. The second time, on the following Friday, we were met by a host. Jokingly, I asked him if our table came with a server, explaining our previous visit. He "promised" that it would be different. He lied.Again after 10 minutes, and watching wait staff stand around, not even acknowledging our presence we left.Very disappointing and unprofessional, especially for the money spent at the "Resort".

Rebecca was a lovely server. We had an issue but she and Manager Zac handled it well.

This was my husband's and mine favorite place! I love that we got to keep the mugs and I could have drank a bucket of the cranberry margaritas! ?
