5 star for Lydia , we came in with a large family group and she serviced us all quickly and politely. She was very friendly and had great customer service. The only reason I’m writing this review is to highlight her! It was very nice to see good customer service now days. Thank you Lydia !

Just commenting on the Toys for Tots drive today. In the Frankenmuth News this past Wednesday, it said that the free breakfasts would last til 11am, but when we arrived at ~10:30 in the drive-thru, they had already switched over to lunch. The news article also failed to mention that there were only like 2 types of free meals available, both of which one of us with health issues can't eat. So in exchange for the kid toys we did get 1 free meal and a regular-price lunch sandwich. When we explained this to the person at the first window, they called someone else in the building, telling them to give us a coupon, but when we got to the second window, no one seemed to know about that. Tony's son came over and he was nice and confirmed we got the food we ordered, at least.
It's not a huge deal but overall the experience seemed a little out of sorts. We probably should have just walked in rather than use the drive-thru, but I seem to remember this day being smoother in past years. I just feel bad for my relative who couldn't get the breakfast item they wanted.
Update: Someone promptly got back to me and gave me a free meal, so I changed the rating. Thank you!

We went through the drive‑thru, and the first thing that stood out was how spotless and well‑kept the exterior of the restaurant was. Even though there was a small wait for our order, it was absolutely worth it — the food came out piping hot, fresh, and full of flavor. What really made the experience memorable, though, was the outstanding service. When the lady brought our food, she noticed that we had accidentally spilled something and immediately went back inside to bring us napkins and wet wipes without us even asking. That simple act of kindness showed genuine care for her customers. Excellent service, delicious food, and a very clean environment — we’ll definitely be returning!

We got yelled at because we were charged for the wrong meal. Was handed the wrong thing at food window. Very rude manager. She has people working the window that hands stuff out to a car then demanded it back. I hope they weren't planning on giving that to the car that was supposed to have it. That's just bad practice. I hope I never got drinks or food that was in another's possession. He didn't clean his hands after taking it back, nor were they wearing gloves. Ugh, I am so over McDonalds 😫 🤢

I Believe
This is the first McDonald’s I’ve ever seen that looked appealing from both inside and outside. I dig the cottage look they went with. The employees there were even efficient at their job when they brought our food to the table in a quick manner. This was during my first time at the Auto Fest at that time, but we left very satisfied with how this store went.
The manager there is super nice always! Great food!

This is one of the best McDonald's around! It has amazing food, wonderful service, and the play place is simply the best. It is a go-to McDonald's if you are in the area of Frankenmuth. The art kn the walls about Germany is a very cool touch in this Bavarian town. Overall, a very amazing McDonald's and I would highly recommend it!

Frankenmuth McDonalds is the cleanest McDonalds I've been in. The service was very quick. The staff was courteous. The food was fresh and tasty. McDonalds should give this restaurant an award for excellence.
