Good not great.
Street tacos/ carne asada was surprisingly good. Spicy shrimp tacos weren't spicy at all too much tomato sauce no spice. Pulled pork tacos were different to try but I wish I hadn't. Fish Taco was worth ordering too.

Service is terrible. I sat there for 15 minutes before walking out. I was wondering if maybe I was invisible since the waiting staff kept passing by me. They didn’t ask if I wanted something to drink or even acknowledge me. I won’t be back.

I actually really like Poblano's. Their fish tacos are some of the best that I've ever had. I really don't like the fact that you have to order chips and salsa now (especially since almost every single mexican restaurant gives them to you free as soon as you sit down). I only order chips & salsa now if I'm totally starving. The service is usually really good. As far as atmosphere, it's ok. One time me and a friend ate here and sat inside. The host sat us near large door that led to outside seating. It was cold and rainy, and the restaurant had the nerve to have the door wide open. We we're freezing 🥶. After that experience, my friend never wanted to come back, but I actually love the food, so only go when its pretty warm, or I'll bring an extra sweater lol.

The food is delicious but i have been here at least 10 times and the food (i get tacos) is never hot. Like barely warm. Update! Went here again - same: cold tacos, beans and rice. Couldn't you just throw it in a a microwave for 30 or 45 seconds before bringing to the table? Cold food is not good.

Shrimp tacos were dry and lacked any flavor. Same for the street tacos. Salsa tasted like it was out of a jar.
Nothing special, all around disappointed. We came here on recommendation from friends. We weren't impressed.

Mexicali burrito and the southwest wrap are excellent. They were extremely busy as it was snowfest. Will definitely go again when not so busy.

Very poor service. We waited for an hour between drink order and food order. Staff is not attentive, and the seating layout is poor. We had a spill at the table. 3 staff saw it and ignored us.
When the food finally came, We had to wait another 10 minutes for utensils. Food came out slow and slightly warm as it was sitting. The food lacked flavor.
After several requests for a new drink it finally came at the same time the checks came for 3 groups we went with. They said we were all one party. But we all met there separately.
They decided to add an automatic gratuity because they said we were one large party. Not true. We were not seated together to form a single party like most restaurants do.
The worst part was when a little girl in another group waited for her meal. Simple chicken strips and fries. Everyone ordered much more complicated meals but hers came out as everyone was finishing.
No napkins. Not attentive. They ignore customers when they have an issue. Seating is very tight and uncomfortable. We should have gone to McDonald's. First experience is my last.

Not that great. We ordered the quesadilla burger. It was very disappointing.

The rice tastes like it's from a box and it was hard. The beans clearly came from a can and unfortunately the steak tasted like cumin. My husband is Hispanic and I would not recommend this place for authentic Mexican cuisine.
