Employees were very courteous and friendly. Upon walking in, the lobby and seating area is spotless. The bread was amazingly fresh, not chewy and stall. We had 4 subs made to order. The were all done exactly how we asked. Cookies were fresh and all varieties were stocked. This location and the Clio location are definitely my favorites.

Ordered online and when we picked it up, all of the sub's were basically the same order aside from the meat. We called to ask for new sub's and they refused to help, instead calling the owner and telling us we can take it to corporate. Very rude on the phone as well.

If the new wrap is a flat bread rolled, it’s a horrible idea and you shouldn’t advertise it as a wrap. Everything fell out, at least roll one end it, so you don’t lose everything, but You can’t roll one end because it’s a flat bread ??♀️

I have never been more disappointed in a Subway, a subway employee or a subway owner in all my life. My family eats at a lot of Subways, and this was my first time in this one since they have remodeled it. I could not believe the behavior or the lady who was working. She was beyond rude. I emailed Subway and the owner sent a generic "apology" if you want to call it that. Frankenmuth has so many amazing businesses, it's sad to see this one being run the way it is. The only other subway I have been in that is as bad is the one in Clio.
Kid-friendliness: The lady working glared at my kids when we walked in the door. i am not sure if she has it out for kids, or if she is just not a nice person. The poor kid working with her told us. "She has bad anxiety and didn't get much sleep last night." Overall her behavior was extremely rude and uncalled for. I will not patronize this Subway again.
