We usually just order the pizza online but this was the first time we decided to dine-in and try some other menu items. I would recommend sticking with the pizza as that is amazing and the only reason for 3 stars. The non-pizza menu is pretty basic but we got fried pickles and the signature 5 cheese mac. The pickles were cut very thin and each one was about 80% batter. The mac and cheese arrived and looked like it was fresh out of the microwave. It didn't have the breading on the top and the chicken was about as flavorless as the 5 cheeses (that looked suspiciously like 1 cheese). We didn't finish either dish and my wife decided to order pizza. Once the pizza arrived the server acted like it was the biggest inconvenience in the world to get her a side of ranch. That pretty much solidified we wouldn't be back. Plenty of great restaurants in Frankenmuth!
All in all if you are looking for a generic sports bar with mid ranged food for high range prices and mediocre service then this is the place for you!

Salad was very good, The fish and fries was small pieces and not much for taste. The fish tacos were plentiful but not much for taste. Are server wasn't very attentive and very unprofessional. Seating booths were pretty beat up and the glass between them were dirty. Pizza at another table looked great.

Jessi was our server. Just a gem of a personality, ambassador to the location. Knew the menu, specials, described the items, and recommended items per our restrictions. Was checking on tables, talking with ppl as they came in, and just a delight. That day was a bit crazy, and I hope people don't complain. The staff was learning a new computer laptop order system. Bless this girl. She smiles, apologized, and just wanted everyone to have the best experience. If she's your staff trainer or manager, you have chosen correctly. Frankenmuth location.
Vegetarian options: Jessi went and took a picture of dressing for salad so we could make sure it was something we could safely eat. Thank you for that extra step in being safe for your guests.

Probably one of the worse pizzas we have ever ate. It was so greasy, totally disgusting. We didn't even bring leftovers home. Cheese was like plastic so I imagine they use cheap processed crap or just cheap.. Grease was even saturated on bottom Unless you like greasy bar pizza I wld avoid. I can't even imagine how greasy it wld hve been if we got pepperoni too. 🤢🤢🤮

Service is terrible. Our waitress was annoyed when I asked for something that came with my meal and was missing... oh and when I questioned my orange juice being $4.50. It was just juice, not a mixed drink. Won't be returning here.

Previously they said they weren't taking orders so we did it online and they messed it up 2x. Tonight at 5:40pm I called to place an order and the younger girl after taking 3 phone calls to answer, said that they just sat 2 large tables and its going to be a while. Told me it would be 1 hour and 45 minutes because the people in the restaurant take priority and i said, even though our money all spends the same? She said yeah because they are here? So if to go orders come in they get pushed? This is insane. Why do take out? I have NEVER, EVER had someone say that. They missed out on a $100+ order from a large family because not all customers are treated equal. This unfortunately will be the last time we give them business :( Great food, terrible customer service/policies.

Only issue I have is that they prompt for a 25% tip as minimum. This is not level of a place to prompt that level of tip. After your response about your wait staff, I looked back at reviews of your wait sta ff and many had different views on how well your wait staff were. So maybe you should start at 15%

Had breakfast here Saturday morning always has been a good experience but today was a totally different. From service to the food was a disappointment. The main issues were the eggs ...off color as if they were cooked in grease.. toast was a slice of rye cut in half, the bottom half was in 4 small pieces...who in the hell would even put this on a plate is beyond me...Tdubs has went downhill I would recommend not spending your hard earned money at the establishment..fyi for some reason not able to upload photos.

we went to T.Dubs on Thursday (1/9/25) for lunch. We were in town from the Detroit area for my birthdaythe next day. He had the Ruben, didn't really care for the shredded cornbeef (just a texture thing, taste was good). I had the Cuban, OMG I would drive up there JUST for this sandwich!!! I have had Cubans from all over including in Little Havana in Miami and THIS ONE was the absolute BEST!!! The pulled pork on it was great, the bread perfectly crisp but tender! Will definitely be getting this again!!!

Our first experience to T.Dub's was beyond fantastic. We had excellent service and the food was phenomenal. However, our second experience was drastically different. Our food came out overcooked and dry. Our server, if you can call them that, seemed more like a food runner. Dropped our food and left. If you are coming here, be served by the bartender if you're eating in. It was a magical experience!

While the food was great, the service was AWFUL. My server was nice as can be, but the host was awful. She kept moving tables next to me and rearranging the chairs at my table to accommodate other guests. I have no problem with this, but she never once asked. As we were finishing up our food, she kept eyeing us WAITING for us to leave. It is such a pet peeve of mine to be rushed out of a restaurant, it just ruins the whole experience. Unfortunately, I will not be back.
