Bad service, didn’t even barely put cheese on my quesadilla. Asked them to remake it and they cut the second one worse than a pre schooler with plastic scissors. Do not recommend. $11 for a quesadilla meal. Not worth it. Rude employees.

Person who took my order had to tell everyone to stop yelling so he could hear my order. The food was a disaster, wrapped up like garbage. And we only got 2 tenders in our order. And they were old. Also I could hear the rap music blasting from outside the building. Wild stuff in here. Not what you expect in Frankenmuth

We ordered 5 food thing and 3 drinks first the drinks were alll carbonated but we left before trying them so that we could probably went back and get fixed. But the food is crazy there was barely any meat in the food. And they price came out 5 extra dollars then the same order on the app. We got no sour cream even tho the order was supposed to come with it. There drive through worker was amazing tho while we waiting for the food he was talking to us and making us laugh. I appreciate that person so much. But what is going on with the meat portion there are not chipotle, Like come on

Really sad to see how the food quality has gone down over the years. Our Chalupa shell wasn't cooked all the way. We decided to try the nuggets and the chicken was stale and you could tell it had been deep fried multiple times (like it was re-warmed). Hopefully the manager or the owner will fix these issues.

Nothing really bad to say about this location however they really need to remove all the breakfast menu advertising if the franchise wants to be cheapos and not actually offer the breakfast menu anymore
They served me a stale tortilla on both my tacos. I couldn’t even eat it. It tasted so gross. Had to drink somthing to get that nasty taste out do my mouth. Now I’ll just starve at work. Thanks.

The next thing is when I order something I expect what’s on the screen after you say “Is everything on the screen look okay” and I reply with “yes”.. please get it together Frankenmuth Taco Bell.

They stop serving most of their menu early every single night. The hours might as well say they close at 12:30 and 1:30 because if you go after that all you're getting is a mountain dew. When you are able to get food it's thrown together sloppily, and half the time doesn't include everything it's supposed to. Long story short, if you're early enough get food somewhere else in town, if taco bell is the only thing open, drive to birch run or bridgeport.

Dorito tacos were good. Everything else was skimpy and flavorless. We ate in. No clean tables, all were discolored from food wrappers that had stuck to them and were never properly cleaned. The tray our food came on was dirty with leftover food from someone else on it. They had staff, but it wasn't busy, so it should not have been filthy like it was. Terrible place.

Crunchy chicken taco was hot and delicious. 4 regular hard tacos were very skimpy, pretty lame. 4 5 layer burritos were packed with beans and had very little meat. Flour tortillas had hard areas and bits.
