Stay away from this Taco Bell. People working there are very inconsiderate and when given the order - very unprofessional. The only thing half decent was the fries that I ordered. Chalupa is something I have never seen. Check the picture and you can see. Caution & stay away!

I have been eating Taco Bell once every other day since I was a freshman in college. I have now graduated and I am excelling in my field thanks to the fuel that Taco Bell provided me. The emotional connection I feel to Taco Bell is unmatched. I’m so sad to say that this is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever tasted. I’ve always turned to Taco Bell to bring my spirits up and today I was let down terribly and feel crushed. Ordered three tacos supreme and a beef Chalupa they gave me four tacos with no sour cream burrito was burnt and had terrible service tasted disgusting

This Taco Bell in frankenmuth is an absolute disaster. When they forgot 2 of our items through the drive through they proceeded to ask us for our bag back and dug through the bag telling us ”we didn’t forget anything and we know that because we took our time on your order.” Not only was this a health violation, but it’s also just plain disgusting the way we were treated. I highly do not recommend this location, the employees were extremely disrespectful.

Bad service, didn’t even barely put cheese on my quesadilla. Asked them to remake it and they cut the second one worse than a pre schooler with plastic scissors. Do not recommend. $11 for a quesadilla meal. Not worth it. Rude employees.

Person who took my order had to tell everyone to stop yelling so he could hear my order. The food was a disaster, wrapped up like garbage. And we only got 2 tenders in our order. And they were old. Also I could hear the rap music blasting from outside the building. Wild stuff in here. Not what you expect in Frankenmuth

We ordered 5 food thing and 3 drinks first the drinks were alll carbonated but we left before trying them so that we could probably went back and get fixed. But the food is crazy there was barely any meat in the food. And they price came out 5 extra dollars then the same order on the app. We got no sour cream even tho the order was supposed to come with it. There drive through worker was amazing tho while we waiting for the food he was talking to us and making us laugh. I appreciate that person so much. But what is going on with the meat portion there are not chipotle, Like come on
