I came through the drive through and ordered a coffee and a hot chocolate for my mother and I. It took roughly 2 minutes for anyone to even speak to me at the speaker box I guess I should have known it was a bad idea to get anything here by that alone. After I put my order in and went up to the window, I waited for another minute for someone to come to the window to take my payment and as soon as I did pay they shut the window on me immediately and I sat for ANOTHER 2 minutes waiting for my drinks. I asked for whipped cream on both drinks and once my drinks were handed out the person who took my order and payment told me he forgot the whipped cream on the coffee so he took it back from me after I got the drinks and I didnt see where he went off to. About 30 seconds went by when he handed it back to me then shut the window. After I got home, we found out my mother's coffee did not have the whipped topping even though they took it back to put some on. Also, both the coffee and hot chocolate tasted very watered down and gross, I couldn't even drink mine and I'm sure my mother didn't finish her's either. For almost $9 for 2 drinks, I expected better quality coffee. I would not come back here again for poor overpriced coffee.

11:35 today my family ordered food and ate in. Before we left I asked for tap water and was told it would be a dollar. I told her I already paid for food and she said it would still be a dollar. No orders on the screen. It’s 2025 and we are still being charged for tap water. I used to be a manager in fast food and the phrase “just give them the pickle” comes to mind. Even if it’s policy to charge for the extra pickle, you give it to build relationship and avoid the negative connotations. Especially if it’s something small like a pickle, or in this case tap water. I won’t be recommending this place

I was waiting 5 minutes to order donuts but the manager thought it was more important to scream at an employee then complete my order. I was the only customer there and as I was leaving the manager said I will be with you in a minute. I left because I can’t buy better donuts for someone who wants my money.
