I just wanted to give a big thank you and appreciation to the young man who makes my sandwich’s every time I come through here. I probably stop about once a week for lunch for a couple months now and every time he’s working he’s consistently so polite and kind and well spoken. He makes the food AMAZING too and listens to the requests I make sometimes for it and I just really appreciate how awesome this business is for hiring and keeping good workers we don’t have enough anymore! I’m not sure if he mostly does mobile orders or what but he’s taller and has brown hair. He deserves something good for all his hard work!

My wife drove up to the drive-through to order six donuts. The voice on the other side was nasty and rude when my wife asked for six donuts the rude and nasty voice yelled. I can’t hear you . My wife repeated that she would need six donuts My wife then asked the rude and nasty voice. Are you having a bad day? The rude and nasty voice said and I quote. I could have a worst day . With that. My wife said goodbye. I won’t be needing anything and drove off. This is Tim Hortons in Frankenmuth. I try to reach out to a manager however I see the job is vacant . Do better Tim Hortons.

Came through the drive through not even 20 minutes ago, the bigger girl who took payment and handed me my stuff needs to be retrained or fired. She was absolutely rude, gave an attitude because I forgot to order a donut and had to add it at the window and then proceeded to give me an attitude because I asked for some dome lids and stated next time you can "blank" order them at the driveway speaker...how dare she say that or act that way. I have been coming here for a long time and now I will not be back.

I've tried this Tim Hortons multiple times, but I always have a bad experience. Every time I go there, they get my order wrong, give me the wrong size, and don't give me my total or receipt. It's ridiculous.

Pretty sure her name is Megan but whoever you got running your window this morning 10/26/24 has nothing but pure ignorance to show. I tried to tell her that my drink was not rang in correctly there for I knew my drink was not made correctly. And she just kept talking over me. I asked for extra cream and foam while ordering didn't get rang in that way. Tried to tell her my total was not the correct amount for what I had ordered and the drink did not look at all how it looks any other time I ordered it. Explained it was not correct and just kept justifying it as I ordered it wrong. So I'd rather not come back while she's working with you.

The croissants were to the point of being burnt, the hashbrowns were cold. Do not have free refills unless you pay an upcharge which was not disclosed anywhere on the menu. I do not have an allergy to all nuts or seeds just walnuts. When asked about what nuts were in your pumpkin spice muffin "no one working knew the answer". This was our first and last time at any Tim Hortons.

Uncomfortable dine-in experience with the manager/shift leader barking out orders rudely to the employees. I wouldn't recommend working here as long as she's there.

Seriously I have never had such enjoyable service ,food and idl if it's bc its up north a bit but everything seemed cheaper ( not as expensive as ) it was super clean and the staff were kind and everything was hot made right . Lovely little town with a Great Tim Hortons in it. ?
