My family was enjoying breakfast when we could hear yelling in the kitchen. The person in charge was belittling the drive through employee for leaving her station . She continued the humiliate this person the entire time we were eating. The entire restaurant became quiet and uncomfortable observing this scene. From what I could understand the employee left her station to assist a coworker. The supervisor said she doesn’t run her restaurant like the other branch. My husband ask me not to get involved, since my grandchildren were with us,we left . We were dining at 142 north st Frankenmuth on 5/22/25

Was here on Easter Sunday. The BEST donuts, also the staff is continually, and constantly shorthanded, they handled how busy it was with class and efficiency. I'm proud of them, the customers in Frankenmuth dining in have to be called out for their impatience and general rudeness. It was sad to see the entitlement, especially on a holiday.

Food was fine. However the attitude of the lady that took my order was the worst I have ever seen. There was no good morning, no smile and even no what can I get for you. She walked up to the register and just stared at us. And it went downhill from there. She might as well have been holding up a sign that said “I hate being here and I don’t much like you either!” It is totally foreign to me how someone can project such negativity when dealing with a customer.

Didn’t melt the cheese on the breakfast croissant sandwich and only put cream cheese on half of my bagel. Worst breakfast food and service I’ve ever had.

We are out of town and needed to stop for breakfast. I have never felt so uncomfortable in a chain restaurant. The lady in the back im assuming the manager called someone a moron. I asked for a susage egg and cheese bagel on everything bagel and I received a bacon egg and cheese bagel, and then proceded to tell me that the screen definitely said bacon, but she would make me a new one. The guy at the register accidentally rung me up for a bacon. (He was very nice and apologized)Not a huge deal, but the same woman calling people morons tried to make me feel bad about wanting my order fixed. I honestly don't know how these poor people can work in such a hostile work environment.

I used to purchase a half dozen donuts, but I had to cut it down to four, when I purchased 6 they were put in a box, now with 4 they are placed in a bag and the icing and the chocolate on the Boston cream mostly stuck to the inside of the bag. Stop putting more than 1 donut in a bag.

don’t know what’s going on with the lady at the drive thru window, she was unnecessarily rude to us when we tried to order a redbull drink.

I work in retail and would never have the tone the woman I spoke to at the drive through had. I placed a mobile order and they couldn’t fulfill it which was fine but the attitude was awful. They claimed they couldn’t refund me. The supervisor said I should be able to request it through the app. Ok fine. Go through the app and find they can’t to anything it all has to be done at the store.

We were there on 1/1/25 at 1:00pm. The young man at the register was very pleasant and kind. The manager on duty was so loud and nasty to her workers. It was awful to have to listen to. The poor guy at the register sold a hash brown after 11:00 and she made it a big deal for everyone to hear and embarrassed him instead of quietly handling it on the side with him. She was barking out orders for someone else on how to do something on the side in the back and talked so condescendingly to that person. When someone asked her a question about how to do something her response was “how long have you worked here”. It was very disturbing to listen to. My heart goes out to those people who have to work under her. Kindness goes a long way and people deserve to be treated much better with respect and dignity. I imagine none of them look forward to coming into work every day. I know that I would dread it. I will definitely not be back, it was too hard to bite my tongue.
