Seriously I have never had such enjoyable service ,food and idl if it's bc its up north a bit but everything seemed cheaper ( not as expensive as ) it was super clean and the staff were kind and everything was hot made right . I don't know why, but their latte machine has been broken every time I've tried to get somthing for like the last 4 weeks. Do they hate me, or is this just a cold beverage or coffee timmies? How can you not have espresso. It's in over half the menu

Door dashed multiple times xl coffees with 6 cream they keep giving me half and half made the coffee taste horrible! Way too many coffee grounds and the coffee was cold and old tasting. So I went to state street in saginaw and it was so so much better plus I finally got the cream from the machine and no gross half and

The people weren't friendly. No greeting and it took them 7 min to get to us and there were 4 people working. When Amelia finally waited on us she wasn't pleasant, no sorry for the wait or anything and while taking my order a regular customer came in and she stopped waiting on me to talk with him. Coffee at best taste like coffee not the brown butter Carmel I was promised
Love the fact there's a " happy hour" on coffee drinks !!! Loved the doughnuts holes- great for a quick snack!!

Some of the staff is very unprofessional , I walked in and they were screaming at each other and you could visibly see the person helping me with upset and I felt really bad for her. And sadly some of the younger stuff their appearance with their hair all over the place I don't want that in my food... The last few sandwiches I've gotten from there have not been the greatest

Excited to get some Tim Hortons while on vacation in Frankenmuth. Food and coffee was great.Disappointed in who appeared to be the manager though. She was running around yelling at the employees. So much so it was distracting and should never be done in front of customers. I was less concerned it was in front of customers and more concerned that it’s how she treats her employees.
