Was Birch and Maple good? Yes, undoubtedly. Their breakfasts were delicious, voluminous, and stick-to-your-ribs filling. Was it worth what we paid? That is the sticking point. I will grant you that it is a boutique experience with a great serving crew in a resort community, so the pricing was kind of inevitable - I just ended up feeling like it was a little much. Perhaps that's just me. I don't know. I will say that if you like spice the breakfast burrito is brilliant, but don't bother with the upcharge for the extra sauce, it's not really needed.

Highly recommend Birch & Maple for its creative dishes, delicious drinks (including N/A options!) and laid back ambiance. Our group of 9 recently dined on the patio and it was a wonderful experience! The lavender lemonade was delightful, and the fish special was delicious! The service was wonderful as well.
Busy Labor Day weekend but it was worth the wait. The chicken and waffles were absolutely amazing! Well worth the visit!
