Was Birch and Maple good? Yes, undoubtedly. Their breakfasts were delicious, voluminous, and stick-to-your-ribs filling. Was it worth what we paid? That is the sticking point. I will grant you that it is a boutique experience with a great serving crew in a resort community, so the pricing was kind of inevitable - I just ended up feeling like it was a little much. Highly recommend Birch & Maple for its creative dishes, delicious drinks (including N/A options!) and laid back ambiance. Our group of 9 recently dined on the patio and it was a wonderful experience! The lavender lemonade was delightful, and the fish special was delicious! The service was wonderful as well.
Wonderful breakfast! A popular place but we got right in and larger groups had just a short wait. Recommended by a friend and we can see why! Loved the breakfast burrito. Give it a try for a great way to start your busy day?
