Friendly service, with a smile! Obviously the treats are so good: the hot chocolate is amazing, the sea salt caramels, and the ice cream--current fav flavor for summer is the key lime pie! But perhaps most of all, I love how much this location GIVES BACK TO THE COMMUNITY. It seems like they are always donating to this function or that, and they sponsor a Monthly Movie Club that has donated more than $5,000 to local nonprofits over nearly 2 years of free movies at The Garden Theater. Such a fun way to celebrate the local community all year long! <3

Kilwins was great! Very tasty ice cream and super friendly and helpful staff inside! My son has multiple food allergies but Maggie and Theo were sooo knowledgeable when it came to the ingredients and what the best options were for us and they made sure to scrape off the top of the ice cream bucket and used clean scoops to make it as safe as possible! Such a good experience.

When I walked in I was immediately reminded of Mackinaw Island. I spent a summer there so it’s a fond memory. I was quickly and politely greeted and after some polite conversation I was on my way with a fresh waffle cone full of ice cream on a hot day. What could be better than that? I even went back a couple of days later when I noticed on their website that they were offering a free 1/2 lb of fudge with the purchase of one lb. Well worth the trip back!!
Parking: If you’re lucky enough to find a spot on the block grab it and walk to the store. There’s plenty to see along the way.

I 100% recommend Kilwins! My family visited this location and when I inquired about a peanut allergy for my child they were so accommodating. They were more than willing to use a clean scoop and open a new container of ice cream. The ice cream was delicious but the extra steps they took to accommodate us were even sweeter. We will be returning every time we are in town!

I Waited 10 minutes to get a Caramel apple. I walked out because all 4 employees were scooping ice cream instead of have 1 of the 4 employees working the fudge counter. Very disappointed because I live about an hour from Frankfort

Bought 2 turtles and a prepackaged box of chocolate Carmel's ($16.99). Left store, ate a carnal and it was stale. Very hard. Returned to store. Guy that just sold them to us said they are in code. I asked to return as they did not taste good. He said no. (Middle age guy with short dark beard). Guess customer is not right in this location. Turtles were great.
