This is a new restaurant now. All around terrible experience. There was an open mic and an amazing singer which was the highlight. His friends call him bear. The food was not good and it was overpriced.

A friend recently stopped by here. Host told him it'll be about an hour wait. Waited an hour still no table. So he ordered a drink in the meantime. After 30 minutes still no table so asked for check. Check came and paid exact amount. Waiter looked at bill and said "no tip?". Wow! Seriously??

The food was good but the service and atmosphere were lacking. Not sure if they were short staffed or what but they were hardly at 50% capacity and we waited a long time for everything. There looked like a new-ish gal who started that was having a very difficult time and no one was willing to help her. I heard a fight between the back of the house and a server from my seat. It was like a scene from the movie "waiting." The rangoons and potstickers were ok - both needed to be cooked longer. And the bulgogi Mongolian was super tasty but the fried rice looked and tasted very strange. Will I be back? Probably not.

My food was delicious! However the menus that we were given, the menus that are online, in the menu at the door are all different.The person I was dining with order dish that was supposed to include lobster tail and when it arrived it did not have lobster tail and was also missing something else from the dish that I can't quite recall. We were told afterward by the waitress that it had been removed from the menu. And that only some of the menus had been updated. If we had been told that before ordering we would have ordered differently.I'm not usually a picky person about these kinds of things but I do think that compensation should have at least been offered. If I am paying $X expecting five things only to receive three of those things, I would think that.Other than that though the food was really good and I would definitely go there again

We came in late — which I always try not to do but have been wanting to try this place and keep ending my work day after they close. The food was great and the staff was friendly!! We had the Almond Chicken and Generals Chicken both were delicious. We appreciate you and your service. We will be back. Thank you ?

Completely underwhelming and absolutely not worth the price. Go across the street to Stormcloud. There’s a reason this place is never full, even on the weekends. We asked to sit outside but the hostess told us we couldn’t sit at a table overlooking the lake due to it being in a different section. 5 minutes later she sat people at that table. Same server. Service was sooooo slow despite the lack of customers. Appetizers were awful. Green beans were mushy and tasteless. Spring rolls were filled with all cabbage that tasted moldy. Red curry was way too hot for my liking even after I asked for mild heat. My husband’s stir fry was not as ordered and server did not offer to fix it after we notified her. Definitely not worth wasting your time (lots of it) or money!

Visited this restaurant 5 years ago and had very poor slow service. Decided to give it another go as the food was ok and re visited this year, and unfortunately, despite the restaurant not being overly busy , the service was extremely poor yet again.The food was ok , my husband had the roast duck and really enjoyed that . I had the seafood delight, and it was explained to me that they didn't have lobster but would make up the dish by adding extra prawns and scallops, which i said was fine. This didn't happen despite pointing out to the manager that it only consisted of around four prawns, and the dish was bulked out predominantly with a frozen broccoli mix. We had to ask several times for a drink and water, which never came until the end of the meal . Waitress was quick to take the cheque, though, even though we hadn't finished eating ! Overall, it was pretty poor and won't visit again , especially for my my wedding anniversary, but if you in the area,hungry and don't mind a slow service ,then go for it ! ?

Stopped here for dinner while visiting for a wedding. This place is amazing! The food was next level, and Dylan was fantastic! He was super knowledgeable and helped steer us in the right direction for our drinks and food. His help did not disappoint! Great experience. I'm just sad I'll probably never get a chance to go back. If you're in town, definitely try this place out!

What a beautiful place and relaxing deck. Had an absolutely wonderful meal, love how it's made to order so if you don't want something you don't have to have it because it isn't in a mix!!! Can't wait to get back and eat some more yummiest! If you haven't been here yet, YOU NEED TO GO NOW!
Used to be a great restaurant. We drive over from Traverse city to come here. Now the service is bad, even with a reservation we waited over an hour to be told they were just going to start our food (we left at that point). They were out of soup, sushi, beer, and the credit card machine wasn't working. Sorry, we've taken the restaurant off of our list.

Highly recommended! Fresh food , great drinks and great waitstaff. Despite the shortage of workers in almost every restaurant these days , these guys get it done ! The owner goes above and beyond to make sure the customers are happy all around. The food is excellent and the view is beautiful. Really good food and service! Being short staffed they work their butts off.I ordered a sushi roll and it tasted very fresh. My mom and brother ordered two different dishes and they both said each one of theirs tasted very good. The staff were very friendly and work hard.

Szechuan stir-fry was over the top spicy hot ? ?. It's not listed as hot on the menu. Service was good. They were running out of soups causing us to re-order. There was a light rain today and the ceiling leaks so there are catch pans in the dining area. Also, their credit card machine was down. Might have been a bad day for the restaurant, but they should have closed instead of putting us thru the bad experience

Don’t waste your time, the food and the service was simply deplorable; they need to shut the doors. They should be embarrassed serving inedible, tasteless garbage to their customers and then charging an 18% gratuity, shameful.
