The food was absolutely disgusting. It seems like they haven’t changed the fry oil in quite some time. Had to throw 90% of the food away and now I have to go back out and get something else because my wife and daughter are pissed. Also they got the one the two items that were edible wrong. Normally this Arby’s isn’t bad but today, I was extremely disappointed.

I ordered through their app and got a French dip and frys, I did not get my dip to go with the French dip. It’s literally in the name, how do you forget? And my frys were cold.

The manager was so bad tonight and rude to employ that was nice to me, I spent my time to write my first review, sorry you can't be rude to employees in front of me and me!!! @ manager learn some boss and customer skills 👌 its not hard to learn its less energy you are projecting at her and me. Ugh I probably won't be back here i have a Arby's close by. I only hope that young lady transfers sorry for your future and growth in that place ugh

Made the mistake of stopping at arbys today. Who doesn't like room temprature meat and sandwiches?
I let the woman know the new steak nuggets came out barely 100 degrees (i carry a thermometer and scale because i weight lift) and thought maybe because it was a new item it was an issue with quality Control she said they just push a button. My brisket sandwich was also lukewarm, the bbq sauce was warmer than the meat.
For less than $18 you could get a hobo to throw up on a plate for you and it'll be steaming hot.

Horrible. I have NEVER received a hot… even warm meal there. It is literally ALWAYS cold. The food tastes horrible. I order a large and medium frie for me and my grandmother and they seriously didn’t fill it up to the top. These employees do not to pride in their work. Yes, they work at Arby’s. It’s still a job that serves/impacts other people. Don’t go here… McDonald’s is better than this.

I ordered a half pound beef and cheddar and when I got home there was barley a dab of cheese is completely unacceptable. Last time I looked there's not a cheese shortage is there? I got screwed over twice with 1 sandwich, I had to pay more because it's a beef and (CHEDDAR) and two there was no (CHEDDAR). C'mon arbys!

Two nights in a row I ordered uber eats from Arby’s. Last night I didn’t get my curly fries. Tonight I only ordered from Arby’s because I wanted chicken with buffalo sauce and I didn’t get the sauce. Why was it so hard to not put in the sauce. I’m so upset. Because it so easy to put the sauce in the bag. I live in another state and don’t have an Arby’s close to me. They told me to come up there to get the sauce but I don’t have a car. That’s why I paid to have it delivered. I won’t make the same mistake again.

My fries was cold, they offered me fresh fries but I had to wait a few minutes. I waited on them. I drove home, a 5 minute drive my sandwich was cold. So I had hot fries and a cold fish sandwich. A waste of money.
