Two nights in a row I ordered uber eats from Arby’s. Last night I didn’t get my curly fries. Tonight I only ordered from Arby’s because I wanted chicken with buffalo sauce and I didn’t get the sauce. Why was it so hard to not put in the sauce. I’m so upset. Because it so easy to put the sauce in the bag. I live in another state and don’t have an Arby’s close to me. They told me to come up there to get the sauce but I don’t have a car. That’s why I paid to have it delivered. I won’t make the same mistake again.

My fries was cold, they offered me fresh fries but I had to wait a few minutes. I waited on them. I drove home, a 5 minute drive my sandwich was cold. So I had hot fries and a cold fish sandwich. A waste of money.

Drive to order roast beef 4/$10….at 9pm and ghetto hand written signs all over the drive thru saying “out of beef”. You are ONLY known for roast beef. How the hell do you run out with hours to go????
The food just seems to get better the more you don't eat it. I decided to grab a bite on my way home, and they caught my eye. The food was fresh and tasty.

I got the chicken two for six dollars. The first time I did, this was great. A week later I ordered the same. One chicken was great but the other was too flat and way too crispy overdone for sure and the employee wouldn’t like to. Eat it so why send it out to me??

Horrible. Cheese sticks were so old. Hard & chewy. Inedible. Meat on roast beef sandwich tasted like it was bad. Only able to eat a few bites of it. If I get sick I'm definitely suing.

Everytime I ask for extra sauce. Every time I don't even get 1 packet per sandwich. Tell me how that is extra. Like can I have at least 6 sauces for 6 sandwiches? They give me 4.
Stopped for a snack on our way home and got some curley fries, Mac n cheese bites and jalapeno poppers. The Mac and cheese bites were burnt to a crisp but we let that slide and kept eating. Finished the poppers no issues, then my wife ate a fry and there was DIRT on it! Literal, actual DIRT! I threw the rest of the fries out. Will NEVER order from that location again!

I ordered the half pound roast beef with cheese. Arived home to eat opened the box. It had been clearly sprayed with arbys sauce. The whole box was a mess. It was so bad i had to litterly pour the sauce out of the box. It was even soaked beyond if i dipped it. Clearly it was on purpose. I have never seen a clear ruining of food than at this arbys. 8:30 oct 14.

I don’t understand what is so hard about getting Arby’s sauce from this location lol. Literally ask for it you don’t get it. Don’t ask and you get horse radish. it’s not that hard.

We went Friday night around 10:30pm after first trying a different location because Google said they were open but they weren't. It's the first time we've been to this location and it'll be our preferred Arby's from now on. It's wonderful and rare these days that they're open till midnight. Not everyone eats by 8pm. There was a pretty good line when we pulled up but we didn't mind waiting and it moved at a good pace. There seemed to be only 2 two gentlemen working that I could see and the man taking orders could not have been more kind and patient and clear. Both guys had things running smoothly and most importantly the order was accurate fresh and delicious. More franchises should run this way.
