At first I was gonna write a bad review about my service experience. But their is a lot of hate going around in this world. So I'm gonna make this review about what I hope is not an underappreciated worker.. I was starting to get annoyed at first with my service. But then I noticed our server seemed to be struggling.. now, you never know what someone else is going through. And this world is pretty messed up.. and another server stepped in to help she even came to our table and was so nice and charming. She apologized and said even though she wasn't my server she would get our drinks. Instead of getting upset because she was tending to other tables on top of hers she was very helpful. She went above and beyond. I actually thanked her profusely and asked her if they were short staffed because I thought she must be a manager. I really hope she got the tip I left because she definitely deserved it. She was even helping other workers check ppl out as I was leaving the restaurant. That's a hard working young lady that went above and beyond. I know this review is long. I used to work in the restaurant business myself and I believe that hard good workers get underappreciated. And I really hope this is not the case with the lady, that wasn't even my server. If you guys want great service, ask for Angela. She was somehow on top of her 3 or more tables and willing to help others. I see manager 👀 in her future.

I’ve been coming to Big Boy since I was a and I Love coming here with my kids. The staff and manager, I think Jackie was her name. Absolutely perfect experience. The kids like the claw machine too. 10/10 would highly recommend
Well 2nd time, call to order carry out. Told too busy, to please call back in 15min I'll order at restaurants across the street from them. Big boy been on decline for years. Shame the management doesnt train properly. Lost business What 3 min to take order and say 30 min or 40 minutes to pick up...? Nope just turned away... sad

Came over for breakfast last weekend. Had the bar. For the most part, well stocked. All the food was fresh. We got there around 10:30am so a few items were getting a little low. Staff was very friendly. Store was very clean.
