Have to say todays food was subpar, Onion rings were terrific, and I wanted a slim Jim with extra sauce, I received big boys hamburgers sauce. Not the slim Jims, The slim Jim was soggy, the bun was wet?? soggy. not tomato, what the heck are they doing in that kitchen??

This is the second time the hubs & I have dined here, both experiences were horrible. We gave a free pass on the first time, since it had just opened up, but there is no excuse for the level of service or lack of service at this restaurant this evening. The server that we had this evening literally took our drink & food orders and that was it. Our drinks sat empty for 30 mins until I could get their attention, never checked in with us after food was delivered, had to get up and go to the bar area to ask another waitress for a to go soup of the chicken tortilla, which I asked our server 30mins prior - they didn’t have the soup anyways but it would have been nice to know since our server never let us know. Then waiting another 20mins and watching our server walk past…I had to get up once again to get our bill. Upon cashing out, the hostess asked how everything was, I explained to her exactly what happened, she apologized (definitely not her fault), but one would think if there is a problem with a server the hostess would said “ let me get a manager for you”, nope! She just made excuses that our server is new. I completely understand being a new employee, but shame on the management for not properly training & monitoring staff (especially newer employees). The lack of management, inadequate training of staff, and lack checking in with customers is completely unacceptable. Do better Big Boy- Fraser

The most incompetent group of workers I've ever experienced. Messed up my order and then remade the missed food and now it is raw and cold. I will never be back and will make sure to tell everyone not to go to the fraser big boys. I would give then a minus stars if possible.

This Fraser Big Boy Restaurant is top notch in every aspect! We had breakfast and it was hot and tasty, like no other restaurant. The waitress was wonderful. Above all else, the general manager Emandalae is super friendly and very accommodating. If I owned a restaurant I would hire Emandalae because he is a great example of providing outstanding customer service and making customers feel welcome and appreciated. We are coming back soon. Great job!!!? ? ?

Stopped for a Late evening dinner. Place looked brand new and very clean. Also bigger on the inside than it looks from the outside.
I had steak and cheese and it was delicious my Aunt had fish and Chips which was a lot and great also.
Our server Sandy was AMAZING! Super responsive and kind. Sandy made the experience all the more enjoyable! We will have to stop in again when I'm on that side of town again.

This place was great when it first opened, and it maintained that for the first few months. It has now gone downhill just like the majority of them.
I went in for breakfast on a Sunday late morning, and they weren't all that busy. It was a very simple order of chicken & waffles and I made it a blockbuster, which includes 2 eggs, 2 bacon and 2 sausages.
I had ordered the chicken & waffles here before and had no issues. This time it was barely warm and the chicken "strips/tenders" were so small, they were basically chicken nuggets. A terrible value for the price.
Next up, I was ONLY given eggs, not the rest of the blockbuster. Oh! And they weren't cooked correctly, either. I ordered them over hard and they were runny as can be. The server then brings me back 4 sausage links (????) and tells me the eggs will be coming soon. I let her know it is supposed to be 2 bacon and 2 sausages. So she takes them back.
She finally brings back the correct meat and the eggs 2.0. It was NOT her fault for how the eggs were cooked so I am not blaming her. But again, they were runny! What kind of cooks are you hiring that they can't even cook eggs?
I literally have zero reason to come back, and no I will not be filling out the form on the Big Boy website because A) They never reply and B) The Fraser location isn't even an option in the dropdown.

Very clean, our waitress Dejalana was absolutely amazing! There were at least 8 tables, and she was on her own and took great care of everyone! The cooks in the back were also amazing! Made sure the breakfast bar was full and kept bringing out new foods. This was our first time here and we will definitely be back!

I bought two triple decker club sandwiches with onion rigs and fry’s in the other . Looks nothing like the picture on line one pice of ham one piece of bacon one piece of turkey it was supposed to come on sourdough bread it didn’t !!!! For 15 bucks a piece it was awful !!!! What a bunch of bait and switch here’s the picture but you get nothing that looks like the picture !!! Won’t be going back at that location it a shame looks like a nice big boy but nope don’t bother!!!!

Cleanliness their isn't very good. Floors don't get washed like they should. Bathrooms are also dirty and actually still had a bottle of the bathroom cleaner and rag on the counter. This is a new building, take more pride in it!
