Had dinner monday. Had the Big Boy combo and it was excellent. The service was stellar. Jennifer was top notch. Her timing and attitude were on point. Will definitely come back again.

I had the Buffalo chicken Sandwich and Fries it was delicious and id definitely come back again.! Lisa our waitress was wonderful and the service was excellent. The whole staff was just great. Would definitely come back to the Fraser BigBoy again!

Lisa was our server and she was absolutely fantastic!! It was our first time at this location and I gotta say, the restaurant was clean, the service was chefs kiss and the pricing was reasonable. This is coming from someone who swore off Big Boys years ago. Next time I am in Fraser I am coming hungry and to this establishment.

since they have opened this location, I have been here many times. Every time I come here, it takes them forever to seat me, and then when they seat me it takes them forever to even ask for my drinks. Every server I’ve had has given me an attitude and shows they don’t actually want to be there. The entire staff stands around on their phones, and every time I have been here it isn’t even busy. I don’t understand why this location can’t get it together.

This was a take out. I'm sorry, not my first time here and was just as disappointing as the other times. I don't know what is wrong with these places anymore, salad looked drenched in water, The hamburger, I don't know what to say, I just know I used to love Big Boys and now everything seems down. French fries, some potatoes were peeled and some weren't, which is it, oh the salad cukes were in chunks and no tomatoes. Needless to say it was a waste of money, oh service was good this time.

Went in big boy earlier today. My server was extremely loud and my fries was burnt. But the manager went into the back herself and remade my whole order and gave me a big boy coupon. I think her name was Dominic .

I stopped in with my husband last night and noticed it was incredibly busy. There was one server whose name was Jennifer that was visibly busting her butt to make sure everyone was sat and taken care of while I didn't see much of any co workers.. Will definitely come back just to see Jennifer!
