At first I was gonna write a bad review about my service experience. But their is a lot of hate going around in this world. So I'm gonna make this review about what I hope is not an underappreciated worker.. I was starting to get annoyed at first with my service. But then I noticed our server seemed to be struggling.. now, you never know what someone else is going through. And this world is pretty messed up.. and another server stepped in to help she even came to our table...

One of the best waitresses is Tiffany. Always handles the food well and keeps a smile on her face. And the manager Jackie is so good at keeping the place in order. I love eating here

I’ve been coming to Big Boy since I was a and I Love coming here with my kids. The staff and manager, I think Jackie was her name. Absolutely perfect experience. The kids like the claw machine too. 10/10 would highly recommend
