Went to get some food at around 12pm cause it says the location is open until 2am, the person at the window said we were not allowed to order cause they are only taking door dash and uber eats orders.... On two other separate occasions the last few months tried again and were turned away at the window in the middle of the day saying they're only excepting doordash or grubhub orders...

The food was so disgusting. I order the chicken bites box for my toddler and the cheese sticks. The fries and cheese sticks tasted like old grease. The chicken bites look weird and when I took a bite of one they also tasted like old grease and were rubbery. Definitely would not recommend. I tossed it all and wasted my money but it is the worst food I have ever had.

Entire order was wrong and missing items. Grubhub cannot verify items in the bag, so this failure is all on Checkers management for not checking quality and improper training of employees.

The brisket melt was not toasted and so so so greasy I actually didn't finish or enjoy it, fries were ok and my coke was flat, as I waited in line a worker(male) was standing next to us cars smoking a cigarette so when I opened my windows to pay that's all I smelled so very disgusting!!!

Did an online order. Missing LG fry, Philly cheese steak bite and a chicken bite. Lady came to the window and said that's impossible I bagged that order. Then got Glen the manager. Asked me for the bag and said he don't have time for this. I said I don't either I just had to put my dog down. He responded with don't tell me your personal business. Now waiting as they all laugh and have a good time inside.

They need to clean up the drive-thru It looks a little dirty and run down. However I was not super interested in the AI that took my order but I am happy that the people did get the order correctly. My bag was given to me and it was greasy and dirty but the associate was very nice.

I placed an order and when i got to the window the cashier glynn was friendly. When i received my order i was missing an entire team and two of the other meals were made incorrectly. Sad to say this is typical for most checkers. This is the reason we only visit maybe once a year or two. Rather go to culvers where i know the order will be made correctly.

No star if given a choice! I will never eat here again. The first time I came to the drive through a few months ago, I waited for 10 minutes and no one was answering for orders. I drove around and saw all the employees outside in the parking lot smoking or talking to each other. They saw me and told me they will go in to take care of me. Now, another big van was waiting at the drive through. I left without ordering. Today, took my daughter there to grab food after school so she can attend her driving class which is up the street. What we received was an apple pie (not on the meal deal) with 4 small little ball nuggets with the $5 meal deal. Okay, I understand you may have ran out of nuggets but at least say something. And, the fries looked nothing like the picture. It’s a bunch of leftover fries. Seriously!!!! Do not eat here. It will be my last time.

Have ordered from here like 4 different times within the last year, and every time the shake machine is down. Most recent visit at the drive thru, I think I waited in line for about 10 minutes, possibly more, just to place my order. There were 2 other cars in front of me that got out of line that didn't even place their order/got tied of waiting at the speaker. No telling how long they were there. When I pulled up to the speaker to order, I was told that they apologized for the wait, it be a few more minutes because they were doing a shift change and it takes 15-20 minutes to do that. Once they were situated, I asked for a milkshake, and was told that the machine was down, so I ordered a mango slush instead. It was good, but certainly didn't taste much like what I thought it would, seemed more like just a sprite slushie. I hope they figure out their shift change, 15-20 min seems like a long time to stop operations temporarily in the world of fast food.

I gave them 2 stars because the custom service was great! Proper and polite. I appreciate this because today we have a problem with customer service, so thank you to the young man who took my order! The food I received was not so good. I ordered the 5 for $5 with the spicy chicken sandwich. Everything was way over cooked, the sandwich the chicken nuggets and fries all cardboard! The thiner part of my sandwich, the outer edge was ROCK HARD and the middle was dry. The fries and nuggets were dark and crunchy, it seems to me like everything was cooked twice so they can get food out faster by redropping it to save time instead of cooking it fresh. Not the way to go if you want to keep your customers.
