Dairy Queen (Treats and Cakes)

We have been going here since I was a kid, the service is always awesome, friendly, and fast. And of course the ice cream is always great.

I try to stop it in periodically and have an ice cream. Always a friendly staff

My family and I come here often. We usually get blizzards but they have been very inconsistent. You either get a lot of stuff in it or you're eating just the soft serve ice cream. For the prices we pay I hate that we don't get what we pay for. This is about 3 times now I have dumped the blizzard once I get home. We even took a break from this location for a bit and it's still the same. This location is very clean and spacious though. Everything else I've had is fine.

Not remembering exactly what time the Fraser Dairy Queen closed (ended up being 9:30) and after walking two miles. We arrived at 9:29 and the staff refused to serve us. The evening was hot and we were really looking forward to some ice cream. We understand the staff wanting to go home, but think this shows poor customer service. This location of very close to our house, has been a frequent stop on our walks and we have visited this location many times. Customer service has been good to average, but never bad enough to prevent us from coming back. This may actually prevent us from returning. Time will tell.

Corporate standard....good stuff.....nice people

Staff was incredibly rude awkward and made me and my girlfriend feel very uncomfortable, girl at the counter gave consistent dirty looks to me and my girlfriend as we took our time looking over the menu and a boy from the back kept poking his head around and giving us weird looks as well. Overall a bad experience and I won’t be going to this Dairy Queen again even if it is the closest one to my house by a few miles. Felt rushed the whole time while receiving dirty looks, not my kind of place. Do not recommend.

Excellent service every time! The workers are so pleasant and expeditious when making my ice cream. The lobby is clean. I enjoy coming here

Doesn’t accept mobile order coupons. Won’t even honor coupon in the apps. Can’t even get reward points here!

It was exactly as expected. The Blizzard was great and the service was good too. I sure do wish DQ would bring back the Georgia Mud Fudge Blizzard. ?

Parking: Plenty of parking available in the free parking lot.

Kid-friendliness: Definitely a kid-friendly place.
