I agree with the recent comments of others. Employees were not rude however we did not feel as if they wanted us to enter the premises. Soft serve ice cream cone had absolutely no flavor. Gave it to my dog. Won’t be returning. Owners must not care
Mediocre service every time I’ve gone in. Please teach the young crew to address their guests. Also, instead of mumbling an order and rolling their eyes when a customer doesn’t hear them, they should try to speak up and speak clearly.

You will not find a better crew or ice cream. These kids work very hard, most of them this is their first job and they are very pleasant and and helpful.
I take my nephew here often and it's always a great time. The staff is super friendly and the store is always clean.
Love the ice cream. The cakes are great for kids birthday party.
Main concern is the worker ringing up people paying with cash, handling bills and change then going straight to making our blizzards!! I almost said something but didn’t want to embarrass him. I emailed corporate, but no response. **One blizzard was an inch and a half over the rim and one was the same amount under. It balanced out I guess but should be consistently made. The medium became the same size as the small.

Same sentiment as Shannon posted. Got the special Superman blizzard and not one piece of cookie dough ice cream. Couldn't point this out staff as we left the location as soon as our order was done. My wife's blizzard had candy pieces, but wasn't mixed in. All the pieces were at the top. Will not be going back to this location.
We have been going here since I was a kid, the service is always awesome, friendly, and fast. And of course the ice cream is always great.
I try to stop it in periodically and have an ice cream. Always a friendly staff
