DO NOT LISTEN TO THERE PIZZA TRACKER! If you want decently fast pizza this is not the place. Every time the tracker says your order is ready and I go to grab it they look at me funny and say there's still X amount of people ahead of you. Other than that the pizza is OK and the staff is friendly. I would give 5 stars if I didn't have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes every time I order 2 large pizzas and a stuffed cheesy bread.

Ugh! Ordered Domino's for the first time in years! I'm sorry to say but we will not be returning..the pizza was absolutely terrible. I can't put my finger on what it taste like but it was not right. My boyfriend will eat anything, and is not picky!! Needless to say we threw out almost 2 whole pizzas. Didn't even bother to refrigerate it overnight for the next day. In the garbage it went....💸💸

Ordered pickup, waited over an hour past my pickup time. Manager called me next day and said she would put a coupon on my account for free 3 topping pizza…. Called today to use it and not only was it not on my account but the guy on the phone was pretty rude.

I do not recommend this particular Domino's pizza. Me and my wife observed a employee on her phone and she immediately went to making pizza. When it was brought to the manager attention,the employee denied any wrong doing. How can you work in the food industry use your phone and not wash your hands? She also didn't have on any gloves. Never again. The manager on duty didn't take our concern seriously.

THIS LOCATION IS GOING DOWNHILL!!! I ordered a Philly cheese steak pizza on June 11th around 9 pm. They delivered it with literally like two slices of cheese on it lol. With the lack of cheese and the dry meat, the pizza was inedible. It was all dry crust, meat and veggies. If you’re familiar with the pizza, there is no sauce as the cheese slices are an essential item on this pizza. I have ordered it over 100 times over the years and are very familiar with the recipe.
When I went up to the location to get a refund, the cashier decided to try to gaslight me and argue that 1. I made the mistake and asked for no cheese (which was proven untrue) 2. The pizza HE CLAIMED TO MAKE was sufficient instead of assisting in finding a solution. He then admitted that he knowingly sent out the pizza with the lack of essential ingredients. I walked out without a refund or a new pizza. I have ordered from this location on multiple occasions for years and have never been met with such unprofessionalism.

i ordered online a ny style pizza 6 cheese with pepperoni but they forgot the pepperoni and i got a 6 cheese pizza no pepperoni get better service and dont forget the pepperoni

I ordered on a Thursday night so it wasn’t too busy and my order was complete in 20 mins which was super convenient. My order was fresh and exactly the way I ordered it. The cashier was also friendly!

Do not ever order a sub! They are thin, short and ridiculous! I was also told my bill online was 8$ cheaper than what the driver claimed! I called and talked to the manager who was a unsympathetic dick who told me this was standard! I used to order here all the time but never again!!!!!!

I just wasn't received well, after the app mysteriously sent my order to this dominos that I never order from. When I got there, the you lady at the counter said "have you paid already, the order is in the bin" and walked away. I grabbed my order only to realize that I didn't have the pops to go with it.
The manager was able to resolve, but the young lady left a bad taste in my mouth.
This hall rd location isn't for me.
I'll be going to the one in Fraser as always

Drivers drive way too fast in the parking lot. & kids are walking to and from dance class.
There is an inconsistency with this location. Ordered, paid, went to pick up...& oops they lost our food. This is not the first time we've experienced a weird debacle of some kind. Last year we had no issues, but something must have changed in the past few months. 😢
