Overall good experience and we will return! Food was great other than the Mexican rice which tasted like wet cardboard/freezer. Golden Margarita flight was great! We were seated right away and our waitress was very attentive even though they were very busy on a Saturday at dinner time.

Ordered take out, 4 el charro combination plates and 4 Al a carte tacos. Our dinners had less than a tablespoon of rice and beans, they ordered us 4 taco dinners instead of Al a carte and only 2 came with sides but our bill increased $40+! We order all meals with shredded beef and they waited til we just pulled into parking place to call me n tell me they were out of shredded beef! So we had to wait ANOTHER 20 minutes for our food. The next day I went back n explained to manager the whole fiasco the most he did was apologize and give me a $50 gift card! In all honesty I would've rather got my money back the four extra incomplete dinners. The food was ok albeit very small and cold.

Celebrated a friend's birthday. The food was great, service was wonderful. The blueberry margarita is really good. And they do discount the bill the percentage of your age.

This was our go-to Mexican restaurant growing up, however, since they started focusing on their catering several years ago, something has changed and the food hasn't been quite the same--portions seem smaller. Gone from the menu is their a la carte options (not sure if they're still offered as I did not ask). We arrived during the middle of lunch rush, however, there were a lot of empty tables, which made catching up with family enjoyable, as there wasn't a lot of background noise. Due to a miscommunication, we had to add a few people to the party, which seemed to be an inconvenience to staff as we had to be relocated to a larger table. A majority of us ordered off lunch menu. While food was good, service was a bit flat. I had their famous puffy taco--a must-try for anyone checking out the restaurant for the first time! Their taco sticks and cheese dip and their shredded beef chimis are also good recommendations.
