Great and friendly staff, that treated me like I was a regular customer even though it was my first time. I ordered a spicy chicken sandwich and it was VERY delicious! There was a huge piece of juicy chicken in there ?. I definitely enjoyed my food!

This chicken is delicious! So tender and juicy. Both the strips and the thighs were perfectly cooked. The sauce selection is great as well. The people we were helped by were friendly and helpful picking sauces. The food was hot, fresh and ready pretty fast.

Food was decent, prices are too high to be "DECENT", I understand food costs are extremely high, but QUALITY has to be spot on. The days of $5 subs are gone, but by the time you get what you need, lunch starts at $8 but thats bare minimum. Tastes good, I gave it a 4 out of 5 because if the economy picks upb & they can run some special (*Good affordable prices), as-is it could be worth it. Foot-traffic is low, no sign, no ads, and its in a tough strip mall. The marquee still has KROWL FAMILY RESTAURANT! Get a hold of Gene Krowl, that guy made fantastic chicken & everything else! His prices were decent (*Some were creeping up), but the location is too hidden to not have "Festival of lights" to lure people in.

Chicken tenders were big, and juicy nice flavor from the breading, the chipotle, buffalo and ranch dipping sauces were very good quality. I could go back here and try something else based upon a good first impression.

Very good meal with a Surprise! ? Staff were very helpful and polite, they might be husband and wife from the vibes I got. Food was ready when they said it would be. Gentleman that helped was Chris and very polite and personable. He mentioned they gave us a complimentary side of ranch, tater salad, and coleslaw which were all very good. Got home and found a surprise. I had ordered 3 tenders with buffalo sauce on the side (combo) and 6 wings with the honey BBQ sauce on top. The tenders were correct but instead of the honey BBq sauce I got the whiskey BBq sauce. After the wife and I tried the wings with the whiskey BBq sauce we both loved it and decided not to call for a correction. Kinda happy they made that mistake because I always get Honey BBq and found a different flavor I enjoyed. I will say the location was hard to find but found out their temporary signage had blown away because of high winds last week. Just glad I was able to find them though because in my opinion their chicken was very well made and spiced, sauces were good, and customer service couldn’t have been better. I’m sure if I had called they would have made the correction on the sauce that was mixed up but all in all it was really good so there was no reason to in my opinion. I will end with this, in my opinion their food was far better than all the other wing shops in this area and the customer service was 10x better than most restaurants in Roseville. Hope Roseville/Fraser is able to keep them around for a long time to come! Nicely done Chris, Team Chevy/GMC ?

The breading on the tenders was fantastic. Really enjoyed the sauces we got along with our tenders too. Ranch and the Buffalo was excellent.We also got a few sides and each one was great. Specifically the coleslaw and onion rings.Def will be back to try some of the other menu items!
Came up on a Saturday right after 7:30. Door was locked. Went back to my car, owner came running out and apologized and said try to come back on Monday because they stopped orders at 7:30 on that particular Saturday. I came back today, they gave me free tendies with my wings and let me try one of their new sauces on the tender. The food was great and I like that it feels like a family run chicken shop. Very friendly and kind, you can tell they care. Would definitely reccomend you try Firebird.
Boneless chicken thighs were so good! Finally, something for dark meat fans. Service was super friendly.

Went there last week. I didn't realize I placed my order right at closing time. The people were super friendly when most would've been mad about a last minute order! The chicken was really good and fresh. I'll definitely be back again!
