For being a cheaper place, the food here is honestly really good! The potato wedges are the best I’ve ever had in my life and the pizza and stuffed cheese bread was great. The rib tips had a perfect amount of sauce and the sauce was tangy and yummy ? I got the smallest size (1lb) for the chicken and the ribs and it fed my family of 2 adults and 2 toddlers with leftovers.
Very friendly staff great pizza. The salads are extremely overpriced. I ordered an antipasto salad. We paid $13 for a large and it definitely wasn't a large salad. We had maybe 4 bites of lettuce that wasn't the core of the iceberg. Their was barely anything green. They put 1 cut slice of salami and I piece of ham cut up. They loaded the rest with way too many olives that tasted old, 7 whole pepers 1 random piece of banana peper, like 8 cherry tomatoes, and a handful of croutons and sprinkle of mozzarella. We threw the olives away immediately because they tasted off.. Literally the wrost salad I've ever received from a pizza place. I still recomend their peperoni pizza wich will be the only thing I ever get here again.. Stop skimping your exspensive salads. It's insane. Happy bday to me ?

I’m leaving this review bc there were some negative reviews. We are in from out of town. Only tried this place bc it was the only place that actually stays open which makes me want to give them five stars alone because every other place doesn’t give a damn about customer service and staying open late anymore. Everywhere uses Covid as an excuse for poor customer service now . Anyway they were busy as heck - food was on time and the pizza was excellent. Staff was very polite despite being busy so late. . Great flavor and a crispy crust. We will be back any time we are in Detroit. Five stars.

Literally hate this Happys since the new owners. Poor customer service, food is horrible over cooked or undercooked. Today I walked in stood for almost 10mins no one said anything to me. Previously when I ordered I felt I waisted over $40 worth of food I was so disappointed.

I wish I would have read the other reviews. First and last time I will ever order from this location. It’s been 2 hours since I ordered for delivery and I’m getting the run around when I call to find out where the food I already paid for is. Somebody called me to confirm my address (which was the wrong address ) and told me he was busy and would be here in another 15-20 lminutes. Food showed up while I was writing this and to no surprise everything is cold. Called to speak manager and of course they won’t be in until Wednesday (today is Sunday)Do yourself a favor and avoid this location
Never have had an issue. Food's always fresh and delicious ? Sad that the sub combo doesn't come with the small coleslaw anymore.

The day shift manager that worked on 1-4-24 at 12:15pm is very rude and hung up in my face and told me what he gotta do with my chicken still pink and undercooked and I should have called last night but if I got my food the night before to take it to work in the morning how am I suppose to see that is was not done if I didnt eat it till lunch time at work. I love Happys but that manager or whom ever answered the phone needs to learn how to talk to people. All I wanted was a replacement of my chicken wings.

Look, don't get me wrong, I like Happy s Pizza but if you're going to run a business and expect my hard earned money you have to do a better job with customer service. These owners if they know it or not have to better teach their employees how to better handle customers. All this playing around in the back can't and shouldn't be tolerated. We as customers are the foundation to which this owners make money. No customers means "NO" business, "NO" business means "SHUT DOWN". "SHUT DOWN" means "NO MONEY". Happy s gotta do better.

I usually don’t leave reviews but this one deserved it, this location clearly needs to go out of business based on previous reviews. I Wouldn’t even give this place one star. Ordered my food 2 hours ago & it just got here. I live half a mile away from this location. When calling in they say the delivery guy had 5 orders ahead of me. Absolutely ridiculous. They act like it’s not a big deal because they are busy, but clearly they need to learn time management and customer service. I’ll never order from this location again. Waste of 45$My rib tips were Luke warm, and drowning in sauce
