Ordered a beach club sandwich for pick up. Upon getting there one person sitting down slicing meat while the other was sitting on a step stool. No hello , no greeting no service. Got home and the beach club sandwich I ordered had no avocado spread, no cucumbers, the lettuce was brown and the tomatoes were so thin.. what was the point. Called back to say what happened and the response was the beach club didn't have those ingredients. First they have a giant menu with all the ingredients right above them to look at. Maybe it's too much to ask for the employees to know what's in the sandwiches but I'm sure they can look up and see what's there. They were not apologetic or polite and anyway, one person through down the phone And I had to speak with someone else who still did not know what the ingredients were. They said I could come back and drive all the way there and get a new sandwich which I was not going to do after my experience. They said they would get me a refund but I'm sure that's not going to happen either. Not sure what's going on with Jimmy John's but I will never order from them again. Don't waste your time unless you like wasting your money, terrible sandwiches, and even worse service.

If you value your time, do not go there this was the slowest place I’ve ever been to in my life mind you they have a Freaky fast promise I went in there at 7:10 for a order that was already ordered online. They said oh we just got it. It’s not ready. I didn’t receive my order until 7:30 mind you all I ordered was one sandwich The girl and there was so rude staring at me while doing nothing then she made another order that wasn’t even there knowing I’m standing there waiting for mine mind the entire time I was the only person in the shop.

Only a Hi from employee when entering, the cou ter person just leaned on the counter, had to ask if he was ready to take my order. Veggie sandwich is barely a sandwich. I opten for no cheese or mayo, so my sandwich was litterally 3 skinny slices of tomatoe and 3 skinny cucumbers with a pike of lettuce and avocado.
Jimmy John's needs to up the game of veggies to add to make a tasty instead of boring sandwich.
Won't be visiting a Jimmy John's again

Tuna doesn’t taste good over packed my Sandwich didn’t cut in in half didn’t give me my mayo or mustard packets worst experience at jimmy John’s I’m ever had I will not be returning to this location .

Tasty food and seems to be quite fresh. But the quantity and size is not worth the outrageous price. I paid $14 for an 8 inch sub and It barely had any chicken on it and I paid an extra $2.09 for extra chicken and still wasn't very filling at all, not worth the price. No military veteran discount or law enforcement discount either, very sad . Jersey Mikes is a better value.

I ordered the spicy Italian east coast sub.....the most delicious sub I've ever had...would totally 100% recommend you try something from the menu of this location...cootos to the staff here for preparing a delicious meal.:)
Ashley and Taylor were awesome! They recommended a few things for me to try and both were so incredibly sweet. I stopped in, starving after a long day at work, and even though it was a quick in and out (which also was 10/10), they made my day! Also whoever the older man is who does deliveries is always so kind! Love this location

It was good but it wasn't what I ordered. I asked for peppers. I didn't get any. I asked for a #9 and got something else. Ham and turkey maybe. I asked for double meat. I think I got that. $15 for a sandwich and it's totally wrong.
