I get lunch from here all the time and I have never had a problem. But This evening I placed an order at 6:50 PM From work to be delivered for my lunch break. The order never showed up and when I called they were closed. I didn't even get a phone call to let me know it wasn't coming so that I could make other arrangements for another delivery service. And now that it's 7:40 PM and my lunch break is over. Thanks Jimmy's for my 12 hour shift at Ford motor company with no lunch. But at least ot won't happen again. Please remove me from your system. It's the "Victor, Ford plant, bottom of the hill entrance" acct.

Extremely disappointed. We have a office close by and wanted to try something new in the area. I chose this place because it had an ok star review.I will not be coming back. We ordered a mushroom swiss burger and a spinach feta omlette. Worst burger ever, (it tasted like fake meat) and the omlette wasn't any better. too much feta made it taste terrible. The crispy hash browns came as soggy little cubes.The staff was nice and the establishment was very clean, just wish the food had been worth it!

I only got a bagel, rice pudding, and a large chocolate milk. The food together was worth about 1 full meal and it was good! I finished everything on my plates.Kid-friendliness: They had good chocolate milk and were patient.

We have eaten here several times. Pleasant and quick service. I tried their club sandwich last visit and it was great. Above average fries for a Coney Joint. We'll be back again sooner next time.

I called and was told there was nothing wrong with my blue cheese crumbles, and in fact in the 2 seconds it took for Christa, to give the manager the phone, he said he rushed to the back and tasted them and they were fine. and that was just the brand. Come on now, I'm a cheese eater, and these look like tonsil stones.

For weeks I've been coming here Monday and Tuesday for .99 coneys I call 1 hour in advance everytime and its never ready at my time then today they burnt all my hotdogs and threw a buncha onions on it when I asked for no onions really disappointed with this place lately

No onion rings for 3 weeks. They blame the distributor. Odd because stores have them in stock. It's a shame Jimmy's legacy and reputation going down the tubes.
