My food was hot and good so I liked it I wouldn't definitely go there again

Greasey chicken. When you order the 5 piece chicken strips I feel like I'm the old lady in the 80's Wendy's commercial asking where's the chicken? Two normal sized strips and 3 small ones. Almost every time you go. Customer service isn't exactly the best either. They can be quite rude.

Too long of a wait, then I had to pull over for them to bring my food out to the car. Price is too high.

Long waits for your food, order is always wrong. If you order something their out of they'll just give you whatever and not say anything or give you a choice.

Ghost pepper chicken sandwich is amazing

Like I said before the food is good, but the service sometimes is terrible. I just gave a good review only to go up there to pick my food up and the drive through rep was very unpleasant. They had the doors locked at 8p.m. on a Saturday. I asked do they close on the inside at 8 and the drive through rep ignored me and her tone was very unpleasant.

My daughter and I ordered through the drive through and the cashier was so nice!! She struck up a conversation, and was so sweet!

They charge you over $30 for 2 3pc chicken strip meals and they give you one sauce for each. Fast food needs to go out of business. What a joke. Spend an extra $2 and get real food with workers that have a functioning brain.

I want to give a shout out to Team Member Shawn for being patient with me and my sister in the drive thru lane. We both switched purses and did not have cash money to pay for our order. In that moment, we had to figure out how to make a cashless payment with my sister's phone. Once we got the tap to pay feature to work, we were able to successfully pay our bill. I am forever grateful for Shawn's patience, smile, and excellent customer service during our time of need.

Bought some chicken, it was old and over cooked, didn't give my drinks. I tried to call back up there and the listed number don't work.

Horrible. Never going to this location ever again. Went in drive thru because inside was full. Small soapbox inside area. Drive thru 12 cars deep when I got in line. Okay I chose it, I was prepared to wait. the line movement was crazy 🤪 slow. Wrong order put in even though I repeated and clarified 2 times. Directed to pull over and my order would come out. Waited additional 20 minutes. Finally had to go in. Cold fries 🍟 with med fry totally forgotten. 4 biscuits I said I didn't want biscuits two times in the drive thru. Chicken legs were wing ding size. No joke. Wow 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👎👀 -20 rating total order was 47$ The only pleasant thing was the young lady in the drive thru window. She was not the person who took the order. She very nice and tried to do what she could. She acknowledged me when I came inside. Great customer service from her.
