There are two windows. The first one is to pay second to pick up food. Nobody was at first window, so people were going to the second window. They were making people back up the line so they could pay at first window since no one was there. Asked for my receipt and still gave me the wrong food twice. They need to do better.Parking: I'm not going back.

if you are a white male . they will treat you like a criminal. had a door dash order to pick up the store would not give me the order because 2 things were not available the customer first still wanted the chicken portion of the or refunded the shrimp. then the women wanted to see my phone and what the customer said when i texted her. treated me like i was out to steal there trash food. hate to see this kind of treatment in Fraser. after talking again to the customer and doordash directly the order was completely canceled. i will avoid this popeyes and racist managers like this lady was .

DONT GO HERE! Service is beyond horrible!!! Waited in line for 20 minutes with only 3 cars in front of me. Get to the window and they are playing around dancing, turning on and off the lights recording videos of each other. Hands me my order, I ask the girl a question she turns and said yes as she closes the window. Sure enough, order was messed up, got barely any fries. Save yourself and go somewhere else.

Service is horrible here. Out of wings. The parking lot is a pot hole filled disaster zone. They completely forgot about our order.I've been ere multiple times to see if "it was just a bad day" kind of thing.. same result. The staff continues to have personal conversations when taking your money, handing drinks, everything. Once she saw me, she never said another word to me except to tell me to pull around to the other side of the building. So I could wait for over ten minutes while my order sat on the counter next to her getting cold. At this point, I have to believe it because I'm white. And I don't say that lightly.
