The food was rushed and prepared poorly. I couldn’t get a shake my fries where suppose to have Cajun seasoning but it was just on a couple. This has been a place a wanted to try for awhile but just to be disappointed.

I constantly have to remind the staff that I'm the guy that always gets the Falafel sliders (they ALWAYS warn me what it's made from chickpeas to my response of "yeah you told me that last time")Regardless of that minor annoyance the food here is solid and the staff is overall pretty chill.Boom sauce for days.

We ordered thru the app for dinner. We went in to pick up 8 min later and of course had to wait a few. There was a female worker in there who was busting her behind. She was everywhere; making shakes, wiping tables, dealing with the register and the owner or manager spoke down to this woman in such a degrading way when she said she had to make a shake. His response was something to the extent of “u don’t need to tell me how hard u r working. We r working equally as hard in the kitchen”. And then proceeded to fuss at her in front of us for what seemed like forever. I will NEVER return to this location solely bc of him. And Mr working hard in the kitchen, your burgers have no flavor and u didn’t add the provolone cheese on my chicken sandwich. You are an awful human being who should not ever speak to your employees that way. I felt nauseous when I left bc he was so rude to her.

Walked in and the 1st thing you see is paper on the machines saying no chicken. Then why taking my order the person stopped and grabbed a DoorDash order in the middle of taking my order. Then wanted a shake and was told no shakes look at our machine haven’t had a chance to set it up. Food came out fast and was fresh. Just wish they had more of the menu.
Everything was great my food was hot that banana milkshake was Everything.

I went to savy sliders on groesbeck tonight 3-1-2024 and I asked for my tenders to be well done, when I got home I noticed they were not. I called and spoke with Rick and he said bring the food back so he can feed it to his dog and that really made me feel like why is he mentioning his dog after all I wanted was for my tenders to be well done there was nothing apologetic about him and he kept saying just bring it back so my dog can have it my dog will have dinner tonight. I will not ever go to this place again and if Rick is missing his dog that bad he needs to be home with him not telling customers bring the food back so I can feed my dog like his dog is in the back of the restaurant or something. Terrible service at this place of business and this is not how you treat/act towards your customer I am a business owner myself and this behavior was very uncalled for.

I visit this location quite frequently, but today I am extremely unsatisfied. I placed an order for two 3 piece tender meals and they didn't put toast in either meal. I placed a third order for another 3 piece and my tenders were half battered and I only got maybe 7-9 fries. Prices are too high for the food to not be correct.
