This store doesn't honor subway coupons and their prices are crazy! Went today and got a footlong outlaw and it was $14.69. It's not like it's a Ventimiglia or dibella sub. I won't be back. Tomatoes were all frost bit.

The app is making it so these stores absolutely suck. They give you fake rewards that once you get close to getting you just will be locked out of your account. Never once let me use any reward and I had 3 different accounts now. Will never go to any subway for this reason. Shiesty for a place that already overcharges for an obscurely long sandwich.

The young girl making our subs today was on her earphone talking on the phone our whole service. She never said Hi and I had to repeat my order several times because she was holding a conversation while doing so. She did not engage with us at all.

So I guess all subways are going down hill And I still don’t understand why And this location for some reason is always a dollar or two more then others They lady that made my sandwich was nice but she rang me up and took my money and gave me change back then she made my sandwich with the same gloves she used to cash me out I didn’t care but someone else would’ve made you throw that sandwich and make a new one

Employees want to argue with you about what you want very rude 1.50$ more expensive than other subway in local area sub made incorrect even though it would be wrong because he made what he wanted to make not what I ordered...I would not come back if I was paid to go here and the food was free.save yourself a headache do not go to fraser subway wish I could give negative stars

Ordered a pretzel and churro online. Picked them up only to find out they were both pretzels. One of them was burnt.
I got subway from door dash. The store is always clean and the staff are friendly. However the store did not listen to my instructions and toasted my sandwich. This completely changes the taste. LMy car broke down so I am without a vehicle. Due to this I had to get the sandwich delivered. I would be going back to the store if I could to return this garbage and get what I want. Very unsatisfied. If you order do it in person as the staff doesn’t understand instructions given on a online order
