I wanted to write this review to give a huge shout out to Marquis! He went above and beyond today to fix an issue that we had been waiting to have dealt with for days now after trying to get ahold of the company. He was so kind and had a great attitude. He deserves a raise or some sort of recognition.

They NEVER answer the phone!! I’ve been ordering from this restaurant for over 4 years and every single time I’ve tried to call it just rings and ring until it sends you to the automated voice and hangs up on you! Such crap service.
Update: Now a week later and I ordered it today. Instead of a vitamin water my driver gave me a Pepsi. I can’t even drink pop. ALSO to top it all off, this subway gave me food poisoning. I just had to leave work early and I feel awful. I’m putting subway down for a long time after this.

DO NOT GET FOUNTAIN DRINKS!!! I work in the restaurant industry & I’m absolutely DISGUSTED by the amount of dirt I found in my lemonade. It could be from the filter not being changed or the nozzles are dirty. Regardless, I’m disgusted & there must be a TON of buildup in the machine.

I went to this location and tried to use my coupon, I was turned away because the guy in there wouldn’t let me use my coupon for the sub I normally get. He rattled on about corporate and how there were only a few subs I could pick from. Total bull because I always use my coupon for the same sub I Love the Ultimate BMT. I was upset but I left there and went to another location #281-0 , no problem at all.

I actually went there recently and when I tell u the black in there gave me two pieces of meat and I'm pregnant it made me so mad I walk out she try to call me back cause she new she was wrong she saw me in judge right when I walk in and tried to be funny it's just so sad in me and my baby was starving I will never go there again I always go to the sub house on 12 in Van deky I never gave a problem in they not liked that at all

Monday Nov 28 1pm. I ordered a sub with veggies on the side for work. I dont know if that was an issue for the girl but my sandwich says it all. Raw bacon and cheese not melted for 15$ and yes it was toasted. I guess I didnt notice because the manager was explaining how she can't give away containers. only good thing I can say is the manager was trying to find a way to make it work.
