Been to this tbell twice now and both times we’ve had missing items, stale chips and tortillas. Had to go back for a crunch wrap they didn’t put in our bag. Even gave them the receipt that said crunch wrap supreme “no tomato’s”… guess what was on the crunch wrap? Tomatoes. The people who work here don’t communicate with each other and are highly untrained. Manager should be embarrassed with how unprofessional their team is. Obviously never going back to this one. Will drive 15 minutes out of our way to gratiot where people are polite and actually competent. Don’t waste your money here.

Worst Taco Bell I’ve never had. Messed up my order multiple times now, definitely will not be back. They ALWAYS mess up my order, none of my items are right. Some of my items even come with stuff that doesn’t even normally come on it?? I got nachos with NO toppings on it, I got a box full of STALE chips.
