The guy working the drive-through 4:40 PM Saturday, March 1. Terrible customer service doesn’t even say a word looks an act miserable and gives me a sticky coffee and doesn’t even say sorry when I ask for a new cup or even respond just hand me another Cupp to overlap my current one. Fire miserable people so they can appreciate a job.

Waited over half hr in drive thru that I can't get out of for a coffee and got a cold coffee for that matter. Got a lousy excuse we are short staffed. So make customers suffer And late for their daily lives because you cannot manage your staff properly. Maybe you should of shut down the inside instead making sure those customers were a priority.

The staff is always friendly ever time I go. Fast service, delicious coffee, fresh baked goods!

Used to love Tim Horton. It’s just getting worse every time I go. I ordered and paid online, get there, they couldn’t find my order. After verifying the store I ordered from and then telling them what I ordered they go “are you (my name)” I’m yeah like when I told it to you when you were telling me it wasn’t this store I ordered it from. Then I get to the window and she tried charging me. Nope, paid online. I get my order, a bagel with cream cheese and a Reese ice Capp. I will post below what I got. Do better, please.

The layout of the parking lot at 15 and Utica does not make it easy to get in and out of the store. Guessing maybe they did that to force people to use the drive thru? Online ordering is a complete waste of time. Several times I’ve ordered boxes of coffee online and they are never ready. I still end up waiting for 20 minutes to get a box of coffee.

We stop every day before work, but won't be going there anymore. Service has gotten horrible, two days in a row no bagels and never told that when placing the order until we got to the window. This is just one of the many issues this store has been having.

My order is always correct and I am greeted kindly by the staff, but I am not pleased with the service. I am often waiting in the drive-through line between 10 to 20 minutes and sometimes, even when there is not much traffic. I understand Tim Hortons can be a busy place especially before work, but this Tim Horton’s location would be even better if orders were received efficiently, thank you!!

You’re going to make a customer held financially accountable and responsible for the lack of “safety” items to ensure your customers aren’t harmed while attempting to enjoy your product? It’s a chain restaurant!

Slow service drive thru Busy all the time for no reason i had to wait over 20 minutes for only 5 cars ahead of me each car is taking approximately 5 minutes just to get a coffee?

Stopped to get my wife a breakfast sandwich with hash browns along with coffee, expresso and another drink. The guy hands me the bag and says you all set! I said I had a coffee and another drink. Then hands me the coffee and drink and forgets the expresso. Then we open the bag and the sandwiches cold and they forgot the hash brown when I ordered a meal never again when I go here it is like this all the time

Coffee always have a funny taste to it. I have never gotten a good cup from this location. I try to avoid this location but today a friend brought me one from here and it disgusting. It tastes like they use low fat everything and light decaf coffee. I’m paying over $3 for a cup, can it please be good. It’s like playing Russian roulette with coffee, please be good, please be good ??
Came in here today to get a coffee and timbits, the guy who served me was a younger black guy, didn't really think to look at his name. but he was very kind and quick, best tim Hortons coffee I've ever had, would come here again
