I ordered a small coffee ask for oat milk on the side. Got to the window and received my coffee but not oak milk. I ask for my oak milk and the guy told me they usually don't give out oak milk for a creamer. So, he place a small amount of oak milk in a condiment cup.....smh and this is why stop going to Tim Hortons! Only, went here because, I received a gift card. I'll continue my coffee service at Star Bucks! They understand a customer when they ask for Oak Milk on the side and provide you with an actual small cup/ lid on it. By the way the coffee is horrible.

I visit this location frequently and the morning crew is great. The frustrating thing is several times a week they are out of croissants, hash browns, certain muffins all by 8:30-9am. I’ve gone there in the early afternoons and they are out of chili.
