I order a pair & save but at every location I’ve been to they always put my xxtra sauce on the side. Idk what it is with this location but they always act as if it’s problem when I ask for sauce on the side even though I already purchased it on the website. Like if I asked for a certain side that didn’t come on the sandwich would you would have put that sauce on the sandwich as well? Like I just want ppl to make things make sense. I deal with enough annoying people as is, I decide to grab my lunch for the day & here I am getting questioned & that xxtra sauce is on my sandwich already. & it’s literally been like this every time I stop in. Idk if it’s a krabby patty formula in that mfa or what but gosh lee.

2 stars because normally this location is ok. This evening I ordered my usual chicken pesto flatbread. As you can see from the picture, there was a singular half slice of tomato, a small splash of pesto only on the left side, 3 little shreds of cheese on the left side, and cold chicken only on the right. This is abysmally sloppy. Normally I like going here but I'll be going to the one on Gratiot from now on

The girl taking our order was rude and short. My mom specifically asked for no Chipotle sauce and lite mayo instead. We sat down to wait. The girl in drive through came over to tell us our food was ready and sitting on the other side. None of the 4 other girls sitting there said anything. Mom goes to eat her food and what's on it? Chipotle sauce, exactly what she asked not to be put on there. It's ridiculous to pay that kind of money and be specific, yet the still get it wrong and have an attitude to go with it.

Unfortunately I will not be coming here anymore. I've been getting the same order for awhile now. Today I go to get my normal smoothie order and get told that they can't do the substitution I've been getting multiple times a week. Unfortunate to say but very disappointed.
