I’ve never gotten a good meal here. There is always something wrong with my order; little to no sauce, smoothie isn’t made up to par, missing ingredients/toppings, food just doesn’t taste good, etc. I also have NEVER received my food warm. It is always cold…always.
I will say, the employees whip up the food fast, but that’s about it.
I try not to come here a lot, but I take care of my grandma and it’s hard trying to circulate all the food options. And every time I’ve came here, it’s just not good.

Ordered a chicken ceaser wrap and was given a completely shredded tortilla, mess. Attempting to hold it together and eat it was impossible as everything was falling through the tears of the tortilla. Extremely frustrating.

Xxtra Xtensions
I order a pair & save but at every location I’ve been to they always put my xxtra sauce on the side. Idk what it is with this location but they always act as if it’s problem when I ask for sauce on the side even though I already purchased it on the website. Like if I asked for a certain side that didn’t come on the sandwich would you would have put that sauce on the sandwich as well? Like I just want ppl to make things make sense. I deal with enough annoying people as is, I decide to grab my lunch for the day & here I am getting questioned & that xxtra sauce is on my sandwich already. & it’s literally been like this every time I stop in. Idk if it’s a krabby patty formula in that mfa or what but gosh lee.

2 stars because normally this location is ok. This evening I ordered my usual chicken pesto flatbread. As you can see from the picture, there was a singular half slice of tomato, a small splash of pesto only on the left side, 3 little shreds of cheese on the left side, and cold chicken only on the right. This is abysmally sloppy. Normally I like going here but I'll be going to the one on Gratiot from now on
