Unfortunately I will not be coming here anymore. I've been getting the same order for awhile now. Today I go to get my normal smoothie order and get told that they can't do the substitution I've been getting multiple times a week. Unfortunate to say but very disappointed.

Both my smoothies were horrible and I got food poisoning from the Cali flatbread breakfast sandwich. I will not be eating Tropical Smoothie anymore. Thought I was making a safe choice after my workout, I was mistaken. The açaí berry blast smoothie wasn’t fully blended and looked like potting soil in the bottom of my cup. Never again!

I found a piece of metal with sharp ends on it in my smoothie. I had it in my mouth and thankfully didn’t attempt to swallow it when I felt how hard it was. I unfortunately don’t live in the area, so the manager’s offer to refund my smoothie or make a new one if I come back in person is not ideal. The manager was apologetic but there was nothing that he could do other than the options stated. He didn’t say he would further check the smoothie machines to make sure nothing was loose or anything. I’m concerned for anyone else that orders a smoothie from here. I don’t recommend ordering from here due to this alone. Sad about it because when I lived in the area, I used to come to this location a lot.

The kids that work at this spot are dedicated to giving you the smoothie that best suits your needs. Weather it’s something fun like the Strawberry Margarita Smoothie or something to boost your well-being like a Detox Island Green! There is something for everyone there, including smiles and warm welcomes.

i love tropical smoothie. this one is very close to me and very convenient. this store is great but sometimes it depends on who’s working. the smoothies are always delicious but sometimes i’m skimped on the sides i get with my food. i recently signed up for their perks and it’s amazing get free smoothies every once in a while:)
