Stopped for breakfast @ 8am on my way to a sales call. Ordered breakfast special with 2 Pancakes, 2 lightly basted eggs and sausage links & coffee. What I received were 2 tasteless pancakes, 2 half fried eggs, 4 links of dried out sausage possibly from the day before and I had to beg for a 2nd cup of coffee. That said; Everyone is intitled to a off day so next time I'm in the area I'll give them another try.

This is a great family diner. The portions are generous and the staff is friendly. Worth it! The only negative is that they close early.
Kid-friendliness: We bring our kid and grandkids a lot. The severs are always friendly to them.

Vik's is the best diner around! The food is great and the service is even better. I always get a bacon omelette which is LOADED with thick, crispy bacon and cheese! Highly recommend.

I had a really uncomfortable experience at Vik's Dinner Fraser today. When I came in to pick up my order, someone suddenly grabbed both of my shoulders from behind and asked if anyone had helped me. I felt startled, uncomfortable, and even unsafe. I ended up leaving immediately and am not sure if I'll be back.
I hope the restaurant takes my feedback seriously and works to create a more welcoming and respectful environment for customers.
