My husband and I were referred to Vintage House from our Church for a catering order. We had the privilege of serving dinner at a local homeless shelter for women and children. We ordered a roast beef dinner with mashed potatoes and green beans. It was absolutely delicious! The women LOVED getting such a great dinner. Casey was a delight to work with. Thank you so very much!
Food was great room was nice wait staff very professional well done
Nice venue...
Dinner food good, but if they supplied the cake, it was worse than awful. Couldn't force it down.
Very nice establishment
Jenna was absolutely amazing helping me book for wake. Trevor & his Team provided excellent & respectful service.
We hold our sports banquet there every year and it was perfect!
Very nice venue. Also very expensive, however you will get a good experience in return đ
Small portions, not enough food for the 7th person at the 8 person table. No more food to bring out. The cake was dry and tasteless. The rest of the food was good.
I booked my wedding here on June 7th for both the chapel and the hall for the reception. The chapel staff was great! Everyone was patient and friendly, and the wedding ceremony went amazingly well.
However, things changed once we moved over to the reception. I was told that I didnât need a sign to direct my guests to the correct party room because the event name would be displayed on the TV above the room and that I would also have an assistant who would introduce themselves and be available to help throughout the reception. Unfortunately, that was not the case at all.
For the amount I paidâclose to $6,000,I expected much more. When my husband and I arrived at the reception hall, two people were standing at the doors waiting to open them for us. They didnât introduce themselves or offer any assistance. All they said was, âAre yâall the bride and groom?â as if they were just waiting for us to show up and walk in. I noticed that two other parties were going on, and both of them had their names displayed on the screens above their rooms. I looked at ours, and it had nothing on the screen. I pointed it out to the guy at the door, and he responded nonchalantly, saying, âYeah, it was on earlier for the last party.â He didnât apologize, and he made no effort to find someone to fix it or see what was going on. That really upset me, especially since I originally wanted to have a sign made for our event. With three events happening at the same time, I didnât want my guests confused or searching for the right party.
Lastly, I really wish they had allowed us to do a food tasting before paying for their caterer. I was very disappointed with the food. The chicken on my plate didnât seem fully cooked it was slimy and just didnât taste right.
