There is an A.I that takes the order which personally gave us a very weird vibe. We asked for a cheesy roll up and never got it, the sauce was punctured and leaking on the bottom of the bag, and we got charged for extra for sauce we didn't want.

This particular Taco Bell here in Freeland is by far one of the best fast food restaurants. I've walked into in a long time. The people were super friendly. And very helpful, the employees that work at this particular taco bell should be the standard of all employees.Thank you for setting that bar

My online order did not appear on the screen for the employees, I had a confirmation number and provided this. The young girl working at the window was very kind but the manager was extremely rude. She told us next time to make sure it appears on the screen and was visibly extremely irritated after we apologized multiple times despite this not being an issue that was our fault. We had ordered nachos and they clearly reflected her irritation and barely had any toppings but I wasn’t about to go back and have any more interaction with the manager since she was so visibly irritated with me for something that really was not anyone’s fault.

This is the hands down best Taco Bell I've ever experienced!! Courtney, Seth, and Tiana just gave me service I've never experienced at chain restaurant ever!!! Not only were they prompt and professional, but all 3 of them made sure my order was perfect which was the most delicious food I have had in 40yrs of going to Taco Bell and I was the last customer of the night!! The ownership and management team actually care about my experience because even though I was the last order of the night it made me feel like I was thefirst order!! Thank you for making my night!! In a crazy world of divide we live in your team came together to make me feel like I was special and I thank you and your team for that!!

Very fast service...while we didn't care for the automated order taker, when the actual employee took over and took our order it went very well. The food was great! Tacos were loaded with toppings, much better than the sparse amount we normally get at the Taco Bell in Harrison. All of our food was hot and tasty!
