There was a middle aged female manager who gave me a less than satisfactory visit to arby's today. Maybe a little bit older, red hair glasses, I believe. It was just her natural customer service. There was no discrepancies being resolved or anything. The thing about good management is that it makes all the difference for a business. She may be getting the job done, but her customer service attitude is going to lose her more customers than her efficiency could ever retain. This should be evaluated.

I took my granddaughter for dinner about 8:00 one evening a couple of weeks ago. Her chicken nuggets were overcooked and my fries weren't very warm.

The two ladies were nervous because of my god like beauty and my presence made them fumble their words. A loss of words you would say. But, other than that, the sprite dispenser worked but also got sprite all over my hand. It needs to be fixed probably. Minor inconvenience.

Usually not a very busy restaurant at most times. There have only been a handful of times there were more than 3 tables being used at the times I visited. Great food and good service
I pulled up after midnight with a big order and these guys got it out quickly. Not only was I impressed with the speed and accuracy of my order but the great customer service as well. Tina was very helpful and personable
