Drive thru, first was the ordering speaker it wasn't beaten with a baseball bat and was clear sounding, Our food was correct and the service at the window was pleasant. So everything was ok, we went earlier 10:30 am. Had our coupons and our food was better quality than Big Rapids Arby's with the baseball bat speaker, a noticeable quality difference in food and overall experience.

The food was great. The only problem we had was there were flyâs all over the dinings room it was disgusting. Food on the floor probably didnât help. Tables werenât cleaned in a while.

We meant last there with a group of friends. It was 90° outside when we went in. Then after he got in there it was 60° or something inside there and people had to go get blankets and everything else. I don't know who runs the thermostat but it was freezing in there by the time we got done. It was 80° outside but the seating inside was a lot too cold

Worst experience ever a woman named amber took my order she was very rude messed up our oder and refused to fix it instead she closed the door in our face my family will never visit this arbys again
Another fast food restaurant that we went to and the lady in the Drive-Thru did not get our order right by any means. We left without checking our bag and had to turn around and go back because she missed four of our sandwiches. And then we asked for Arby's sauce and got horsey sauce. I don't know if the old lady in the Drive-Thru just can't hear but it was very disappointing yet to say. And it's awful expensive.
