We meant last there with a group of friends. It was 90° outside when we went in. Then after he got in there it was 60° or something inside there and people had to go get blankets and everything else. I don't know who runs the thermostat but it was freezing in there by the time we got done. It was 80° outside but the seating inside was a lot too cold

Another fast food restaurant that we went to and the lady in the Drive-Thru did not get our order right by any means. We left without checking our bag and had to turn around and go back because she missed four of our sandwiches. And then we asked for Arby's sauce and got horsey sauce. I don't know if the old lady in the Drive-Thru just can't hear but it was very disappointing yet to say. And it's awful expensive.

Every time I go there I get old food that's been sitting out for who knows how long. The fries are disgusting. Not once have I gotten fresh food from them over the years

There was a middle aged female manager who gave me a less than satisfactory visit to arby's today. Maybe a little bit older, red hair glasses, I believe. It was just her natural customer service. There was no discrepancies being resolved or anything. The thing about good management is that it makes all the difference for a business. She may be getting the job done, but her customer service attitude is going to lose her more customers than her efficiency could ever retain. This should be evaluated.
