I tried reaching out about the issue, no response. Through both email and now a comment. The workers do not own up to the $5 Friday. Twice now for me and multiple times before with my friends we have been charged full price. When confronted they just say no they didn’t add the discount and didn’t care to give us our money back that we shouldn’t have had to pay. Very disappointing experience. To top it off the coffee was disappointing as well. My friend got hers frozen but we didn’t think they’d take it literally! It was completely frozen in the middle with ice! Couldn’t even put a straw in it. Would not recommend if you’re wanting good coffee and good service.

Bad experience this morning. You know those coupons that you buy from school kids. Tried to use one and found out they are only good for two 20oz drinks according to the girl that took our order. My husband bought a 20oz, and I got a 16oz. Because I got a 16oz, the girl did not honor it. Never said a word. Looked up the charge and found out that way. Tried to explain
a 16oz is cheaper than a 20oz. She still refused. We asked for our coupon back, but she refused to give it to us. Asked to speak to someone else, and she ignored us. It's not that serious, but bogo is usually buy one get one of equal or lesser value right it even says on the coupon itself.

I have been to this location a few times and every time I ask for a certain thing in my drink, I always have to remind them at the window what I ordered and the wait time is always more then 10 minutes.

No one answered at the speaker even though they were open 🤔 had us sitting for 15min. Even when I do go there the drinks are never made right. Very disappointed with this location.
Coffee was really good. Service was nice but took way too long. I've been in this drive threw 3 times and every time it's a 15 min wait. So if you have time to wait the Coffee it is always good.

Everything is good, but the drive thru is quick, but eating at the store takes a long time. There are no soft chairs. It's not a good idea to take a break.

This place has 0 management and the kids they let run it have one hand slowly making coffee and the other on there cellphone. I watched them share their phone screen with their friends/ customers while there was cars lining up. Their answer is they have no manager and if we can do better then come in and help. The owner should be ashamed of this buisness.. shut it down and make room for a real coffee shop

We love Biggby's but this location needs something to change. Their line/wait time is ridiculous and has been ever since we moved here three years ago. Please hire more people or at least have more toasters for bagels I swear I only saw one. I feel bad for everyone who works here clearly the management here doesn't care because there are so many reviews here saying the same thing.

I enjoy Bigby coffee, i like that a medium size is 20 oz because I feel like $6.67 is a lot for a drink.
This particular bigby is not fast, so plan on at least 5 minutes in the drive-through... 10 minutes if there are other cars. Also, if you want to pay cash, they don't accept higher than a 20 dollar bill.
At one time, i thought you would only get a hot sleeve for your drink if you gave a tip because that was the only way i got one, but lately they have been asking if I want one, so that's nice.
Overall, not a bad spot, but plan ahead to wait and don't go when you have somewhere to be because you can't get out of line once you're in it.
