My friend and I had lunch at the Koffee Kuppe on May 31. I have had drinks before but never food. It was great!! The young man who took our order was pleasant, helpful, and joked around with us as we joked. I ordered a Michigan Salad and my friend ordered a granola peanut butter honey wrap thing. I don't remember what it was called but it looked tasty 😋 There were 3 people in the tiny space behind the counter who seemed to work together well. Our order was very quick and I was amazed at the size of the portions!!! My salad was a huge plate of greens with apples, dried cherries, chicken, and feta cheese with a poppyseed dressing. PLENTY of everything! I took half of my salad home. My friend was going to take part of hers home too but it was so good she just kept eating it! I also had a mint mocha coffee and it was perfectly hot and TASTY! Some of the best coffee I have had. The atmosphere was a pleasant mix of casual cafe with light music playing but not so loud you couldn't visit over lunch. A thoroughly enjoyable experience!

The last few times that I have been there the service and food were not good, orders take forever, they forgot half my order, by the time I got my malt my food was cold, it was to go. I have been going here for years, seems like things are going down hill. The malt was really runny….workers seem unorganized.

We were new to this restaurant. So, we were not aware of the method of ordering. An employee did educate us on the procedure. The menu is a bit confusing but workable. Regular customers navigated the system well. I would give it another chance. The food was varied and we enjoyed our meals.
