We were new to this restaurant. So, we were not aware of the method of ordering. An employee did educate us on the procedure. The menu is a bit confusing but workable. Regular customers navigated the system well. I would give it another chance. The food was varied and we enjoyed our meals.

I came in Tuesday morning about 7:45 hoping to get breakfast. There were 3 or 4 customers. I sat at a table where I was ignored. I wasn't sure if there was table service so I walked up to the counter and stood awkwardly for a few a minutes, where I was ignored. I don't know how the patrons who were there got served, perhaps they know someone. The place seemed nice enough, but totally failed their purpose.

I love visiting this town! Koffee Kuppe Cafe is a must-stop every time! Such a cozy spot! The coffee is great! The food is delicious! So great!
Favorite stop in town! Customizable coffee, lotus, tea, smoothies, and other drinks, on top of a full ice cream case and actual entrees.
Love the coffee selection for fresh grounds, as well as the Cherry Republic and other merchandise available

This cafe was so good! The gluten free bread was good and it wasn’t dry which is an issue I had with certain gluten free bread. I had a turkey artichoke pesto sandwich it came with a pickle and chips. I highly recommend! The place was very vintage looking and the ac was not blasting which I like. Great customer service! People tend to be needy when they are waiting for their sandwich so I don’t agree with those bad reviews people are leaving. If I am waiting on a good quality sandwich it’s worth the wait.
