Always fast !!!

The last three times I’ve used the drive up at the Fremont McDonald’s order has been wrong half of the stuff I ordered. I didn’t get. I had to go back twice to pick up stuff. the time to order is absolutely horribly slow, you can have two people in line on the other Drive-through and they’ve ordered before anybody’s even responded to the fact that your existing at the line the service is absolute horrendous. It’s gone downhill so much in the last year.

Ordered a double cheeseburger and got lettuce and mayo on my burger. Tried to call and they refuse to answer their phone! I’ll be calling the corporate office! This is terrible service and they expect top dollar to be the worst employee base in all of America!

Some awkward people that work here. They never communicate with me at the windows so it can be a little confusing. Please work on customer service training. People working windows should communicate, interact, engage with the drive thru customers. None of the other fast food restaurants in the area have this problem

This McDonald's has got to be one of the NASTIEST places i have ever been! The tables were covered with food, and it looked like nothing had been wiped down in a week.

They just don't seem to care here. Sandwiches are thrown together haphazardly. No napkins, no straws given on my drive thru order. Unfortunately, there were no other cars behind us, so we sat there at the window, people just walking past, glancing at us, but didn't care enough to see what else we needed. Even after honking the horn, it still took them another 2 full minutes to open the window and ask us what else we needed. Such terrible service.

Second time Ive come here and theyve give out my food to someone else because they can’t seem to click the code right this isn’t ideal when you have kids in the car. manger has been here for this situation twice now and refused to do anything to fix it other than an apple pie and offering to fix it after the third time had to remind them about this situation happening having been going to a different location due to the lack of attention to orders and it being not ideal to use drive through and the quality of the food at this location is not the best

I repeated my order 4 times and they still got it wrong and then wanted me to pay again at 2nd window and pull up while she had my debt card and she walked away with my card and I said I’m not pulling up with them having my card and they were rude and I said extra sauce and there was no sauce on bagels. Rudeness and messing up then arguing with me when I’m just trying to get my kids breakfast what is wrong them??

Very slow service. I mean the services that the customer doesn't do. Counter service was non existent. Seemed to take forever to get our food. I think longer than a regular restaurant. For the price and time you might as well go to a good sit down restaurant. Support your local restaurant.
