Awful place! Wouldn't bring my animal to this place. Half warm burgers. Cold Fry's and what a train wreck of a Crew. I ordered a milk shake. Not only was the cup size smaller I got a large shake and it was half full because I don't like whipped cream. These people should be ashamed of their selves for serving this food never will I return to this McDonald's.

Just a quick shout-out to the young lady working the first window...Daniella. I paid for my coffee, then waited for several minutes while a van was sitting at the food window. I saw Daniella leaning out the window, so I backed up and asked what the hold-up was, she said she didn't know but she would run up front and grab my coffee, which she did. Thank you, Daniella!

Never eat in the lobby here....they cant and won't get your order right and if they do or can, it comes out in shifts. Lobby is always gross n dirty, as in tables are dirty and floors unswept. It doesn't matter what time of day you eat here, it sucks, ordered breakfast once recently, came out in shifts and cold, ordered lunch here before, asked for ketchup n pickle only on our burgers but got extra pickles n onions. Ordered breakfast again a different day and my BEC biscuit was rock hard. My husband asked Denise for a refund and all she cared about was getting in trouble by her manager for doing the refund. Well Denise if you were more concerned about why your team and crew cant produce correct orders instead of worrying about being in trouble by upper management, the store might go places. I can say the last 4 times I've been to this fremont mcds that my order has not been right or correct with food.

I felt such great nostalgia at this location.-- my burger was the size of the ones McDonald's used to serve when l was a little kid... except l ordered a McDouble. I couldn't believe how THIN the patties were and how small the bun was. Same with my husband's order. Also l asked for no ice in my drink and it was mostly ice. Not worth the fifteen dollars we paid.

30 minutes before our food showed up, a lone child in the dinning room area watching shows on full volume (5-6 years old), playroom door was open with 3 children screaming bloody murder.

We placed a curbside order. Waited 15 minutes. An employee came out to my car empty handed and asked me to come inside to get my order. All we ordered were 4 drinks and 2 large fries...I carried everything out in 1 trip alone...worse part is the employee carme out to my car and still made me go in to get the order. Insane. This was today, June 30th at 3:50pm.
