Ordered 2 drinks. They took over 5 minutes and the guy was so rude when he opened the window. Most the time there's hardly any diced onion on the burgers and like 1 pickle unless u ask for extra where they slap it together with pickle and onion everywhere.

I am sure it would have been good if they were open. Website says open until 11:30 pm. I raced 19 miles there to get a daily double for my 5 year old who I promised I would bring him home, and sadly enough I pulled in with 9 minutes to spare and it was a ghost town. No cars in parking lot, no lights on and no workers anywhere to be seen. Definitely not open until 11:30 and pretty disappointing I drove 19 miles one way, went out of my way to go there. Was just a waste of 10 dollars in gas. So FYI this McDonald's is not open until 11:30 despite what their website has to.

20 minutes for a mobile order that I put in from the parking lot!! 1 double cheese burger and 2 cokes. Fast food is no longer fast. This is dumb.

We completed our order at 1:45pm on Saturday. Some of the food arrived 28 minutes later at our table. The young lady who brought the food noted that she had to make the mango smoothie for our daughter. Five minutes later, she had not brought it to the table. I went to ask about the smoothie and the missing happy meal. She said she forgot to make it, and would do so now. I asked about the happy meal, and she said she missed that. As she started putting it together, someone handed her the missing happy meal. She also found the smoothie.
I took the items back to out table. Our daughter tried the smoothie and said it looked like a slushy. She took another sip and said it was basically water. Wife went back to the counter.
47 minutes later, we still don't have an actual smoothie. This is probably the slowest McDonalds I've ever had my time wasted at. Tremendously slow, and frankly, the kids working here lack any sense of hustle or urgency at completing their tasks.
We won't come back to this shop, cannot recommend. 51 minutes later, we're leaving, after getting a refund for the theoretical smoothie. 🙄
Not sure what it takes to get an order right! 2 different locations and still no one can read! I did it online so it was in writing! No cheese! No cheese is written on the ticket and still I get cheese!! No cheese and plain... how hard is that?! 2 times in a row still has cheese! AND I asked for No Mustard... and they leave off the mustard AND the Onions!! I wanted Onions but No Mustard! Soooo annoying!!!

I have gotten what seems to be minor food poisoning twice from here the first time I didn't really think anything of it an then went back a week later an got a fever an quiet an awful stomach feeling again for almost 3 days. There is always a long wait to get food an the food is almost always barley warm if not cold.. the employees give lots of compliments an are great but food is never more than barely warm an getting sick after it's just not worth it.
