Its McDonald's you really can't expect much. It cost us 25.00 to feed two people for breakfast. The biscuit sandwiches were crushed. There is no self serve pop machine or ketchup dispensers anymore. Waited like 5 minutes to get ketchup. McDonald's is no longer a value or convience.

There was no one to take our order. My husband drinks 1/2 caffine free and 1/2 regular. I get a senior coffee and neither of these items are a choice on the kiosk. But the worst was the rudeness of the manager. A lady that was filling orders picked up her rudeness and was very kind. And to top it off the order was not right.

Stopped for breakfast 3 times in the past week. Which I have done for years. All 3 times left after waiting for several minutes at the counter while employees looked at me and turned. The drive through wasn't busy and all were having a conversation. I have herd it has happened to other but didn't believe it till now.

Stopped in for an. Iced caramel coffee and as per usual it’s terrible. No caramel just milk and coffee. Paid extra for extra caramel and added drizzle. No drizzle. No caramel syrup . Don’t waste your time with this place.

The play place was disgusting, the tables were dirty, the floors were nasty, inside the play area was nasty dirty, the whole play area just didn't look like it had been cleaned in weeks. YUCK!

The Fremont Michigan McDonalds is the home of cold fries. Every time. They put your fries out to start your order but if there is anyone in front of you your fries are cold by the time you get up to the window.
