Tonight my family drove up from Hudsonville and went out to dinner with my dad for the first time since my mom passed away a few month ago. Amanda seated us after informing us that the heat wasn’t working and we still wanted to stay and dine in. She was so kind she even brought out two of her personal blankets for my daughters ages 6 and 3. Tonight was horrible service. It said 15 minutes online and I got there and the lady at the counter said "give us a few more minutes" and it was 10-15 minutes before we got our pizza.
My order was put in the warmer and 5 minutes later, they asked for names of people waiting. What happen to calling out names when the order was done?
A party of 10 waited 5-10 minutes and were never greeted and walked out.
