I had ordered a pizza and wings to pick up on my way home from work. I go up and say I am there to pick up an order, only to be told someone had already picked it up. So I then had to wait for a new order to be made. You would think they would ask for a phone number or something to confirm the right person is getting their food. Very frustrating when you just want to pick up your dinner and go home to relax with your family after a long work week. I hope whoever took my order...
This Pizza Hut is now under new management. My wife and I ate lunch there today. Starting with the friendly greeting, fantastic service, and a delicious pan pizza.....we had a great experience. My only constructive criticism is that the lettuce on the salad bar could have been fresher.
We went here for stuffed crust they were out of it which was okay so I ordered a thin crust insread
Well when I asked for thin crust I didn't mean burnt Saltine crackers crust. The crust was that awfully thin and they must have been running out of sauce too because there was a very skimpy amount of it and a pathetic amount of cheese. The ovenroasted wings i got were a disappointment too. Very very dry. The service and atmosphere is great but the food sucks especially...
